Allow for an Integration Between KW Command and Google Voice
I use Google voice regularly for most of my business communication. Is there a way to sync Google Voice with KW command? This way we can see all communication (calls (including duration) and texts).

Recommendation: Enable Google Talk Integration Within the Command App
Many agents operate with one physical phone and two separate phone numbers — a personal number and a Google Talk number used exclusively for business. Google Talk allows us to maintain clean boundaries; personal calls come through our main line, and all real estate–related communication uses our Google Talk number.
Current Issue:
Within the Command App, the “Call & Text” functionality defaults to the phone’s native number. There is no option to place calls through the Google Talk number, which forces agents to either:
• Expose their personal number to clients; or
• Manually switch apps to make business calls outside of Command.This breaks workflow, reduces tracking accuracy, and eliminates one of the primary benefits of using Google Talk for business.
Recommendation:
Integrate Google Talk as a selectable calling option within the Command App. Allow agents to choose which number to place outbound calls from so that:
• Personal and business communication remain clearly separated
• Agents maintain professional boundaries
• Call tracking within Command remains accurate and complete
• Branding remains consistent with our business contact numberThis enhancement directly supports agent productivity, privacy, and Command's intended role as the all-in-one communication platform.
