It would be great to allow paid ads to be more targeted and to support smaller search areas, especially in more urban parts of the country.
For example, doing paid ads in a specific area around an upcoming listing or a specific area that a buyer may be looking at.
15 miles is way too broad for those types of targeted ads.

It would be great to be able to have a way to edit website components (font, background colors, header colors, font types, font color, etc...) to reflect our own individual brands. Right now, we are only limited to a few color themes/fonts that are KW-specific. The only way to customize it to your brand color is with custom HTML code and consistent foundation blocks, and this can only be done to a certain extent on custom pages, not the home page.

Lighthouse audits flag skipped heading levels (e.g., jumping from H2 to H4) in several default modules.
Enforcing sequential heading order at the template level would improve:
Semantic structure
Screen reader navigation
SEO clarity
This is a reusable-module fix that would benefit all agent sites.

Lighthouse audits show agent sites generating very large DOM sizes (6,800+ elements) due to deeply nested and reusable modules.
Reducing unnecessary wrapper elements and simplifying module markup would improve:
Rendering performance
Accessibility
Responsiveness on mobile devices
This change would benefit all agent sites automatically.

Some key pages (such as homepages and service pages) do not allow agents to set or edit meta descriptions.
Allowing meta description editing would improve search result snippets, click-through rates, and SEO control without impacting site structure or compliance.

Great idea. An add-on to that would be redirecting the user to the Home Valuation page, OR a separate page of the agents' choosing for agents who are using tools like Fello or others.

So right now when people unsubscribe, they unsubscribe from "all email communication".
For example, I've had clients who want to get property notifications, but when they unsubscribe from my monthly newsletter, it removes them from all email communication.
Is there a way to differentiate what people opt out of communication from?
