Smartplans to come from the author of the smartplan
We should have the ability to have a smartplans come from the author of the smartplan vs. the assignee or rainmaker. This would be helpful when the TC or Admin on a team is sending the emails or texts. Once an opportunity is created for someone, there are usually more than 1 person on a team in communication with the client/contact.

Filter contacts based on those that have or do not have opportunities. I am cleaning up my database and want to bulk archive many contacts, and I want to focus on the ones that do not have opportunities attached.

Seller reports
Have the ability to send ad results from the ads we run on sellers houses to the seller.

condense contact card, less white space
Currently to find information about contacts you need to scroll to see information.
While the email and phone number are visible, things like the description, mailing address, and other information could be included by eliminating much of the white space that is being allocated to separate information.Doing this allows users to get all information at a glance, making the system more efficient.

Notify clients from deactivation - unsubscribe
were unable to unsubscribe from the monthly neighborhood alerts. While I was able to manually do this for them, I wanted to alert KW that there seems to be an issue with the unsubscribe option on those monthly emails. I don't need any further support (just passing along this info for the tech team). Thanks so much, Jil

Emails with Contacts Automatically Create a Note in Command
I find myself cut and pasting my email interactions into notes all of the time. Emails with contact should automatically create a Note in command. It will easily show you the last time you connected and give you a clearer picture of your history with the contact/client. Contactually had this feature, and it's a no brainer.

edit task
Currently when in the task view, you have the options to check a task as completed or go into the 3 dots for more options.
Instead of the 3 dots, why not just open the task for editing? This allows one click to open, saving time. You can add a delete button to the task so it can be deleted rather than saved. This would increase efficiency.1 vote -
phone activity option to leave no description on left message or no answer
When logging a call activity, please make the description field optional for no answer or left a message. This way with one click I am done and can move on to my next person to call.

Let Campaigns use Smart View List in Contacts Applet
The ability to filter contacts and build smart views within contacts - is a game changer, but not able to use the same filtering to run a campaign is frustrating. Campaigns has significantly better reporting (than smart plans). Why not allow the contact list to be pulled from the already created smart views list in the contact applet for campaigns? I send a single email smart plan to use the smart view list - vs using campaigns, when I could benefit from the reporting in campaigns. Filter email by "contains"
Prior to Command being updated, I was able to filter where - email, by- contains. Using this filter allowed me to find common emails, such as filtering by contains @kw.com to tag the contacts with KW Agent. Now it shows starts, does not start. I found it to be very helpful to also find emails of larger organizations, to know where my agents might find it useful to leverage for leads.

skip trace
Have KW Contacts integrate with a skip tracing service to update information fields. Make it optional (like merging duplicates) in case we need to keep the information we have for smart plans.
