  1. It would be good if we could print our mailing labels directly through command and not have to export them and then print from microsoft word. Way to many steps just to print mailing labels already in Command.

  2. AGENTS PLEASE UPVOTE THIS AS CRITICAL!
    PLEASE ADD 'ACREAGE' FILTER TO THE SAVED SEARCHES FUNCTION!

    Why is this important?

    1) Currently, the only way to send listings to a buyer who wants a specific amount of acreage is through the MLS.

    2) Having to do data input into the MLS and send listings through there takes buyers away from Command

    3) Having to add data into the MLS takes agents off of command and duplicates efforts

  3. Context:

    Market Reality: Unlike the US market, which relies heavily on Email and SMS, the Brazilian real estate market operates almost exclusively via WhatsApp (99% adoption rate).

    Current Workflow: Agents currently face operational friction, as they must leave the Command platform and manually save phone numbers to initiate contact. This delay negatively impacts lead response time.

    Business Opportunity:

    Efficiency: Implement a "Click-to-Chat" feature directly within Command, allowing immediate interaction without manual contact saving.

    Standardization: Integrate KW proven scripts (MREA models) as pre-set message templates. This assists new agents in maintaining professional communication standards.

  4. Under the Contact Name, Command shows "Last contact on..."
    What it fails to specify is what the contact was - phone call, email, text, etc.

    Knowing the type of contact the last contact was helps in determining priority of calls and who has been called or only emailed.

  5. This is an old idea I'm bringing back.
    Within SmartPlans there is more than just one eye displaying who's on it.
    Include one for any contact that completed it and another one for any contact that unsubscribed.

  6. We need more Merge Tag options.

    ex 1: We can not effectively make a smartplan with email steps that is ready to use by the next agent after it has been published. if we had merge tags for agent phone number, office name, office address, and agent email address this would make the process much easier for teams and published smartplans.

    ex 2: we have the home valuation tool on the agent websites. If that has been added there should be a merge tag available to link to that page. So if someone publishes a smartplan to drive traffic there…

  7. It would be helpful if we got an AI that could take in texts like "I talked to a guy named steve at an open house. hes looking for a house in a year and hes a veteran. His number is 333333333" and create a contact with specific tags like "veteran" or lead source as "open house" or create a smart plan for 1 year AUTOMATICALLY.

  8. Go back to the original Command panel. The new window pain is not useful and just requires extra clicks to to collapse the panel on Listing Opportunities. Also, the clients names do not appear under the address like they used to, which was much easier to view.

  9. I often set up repeating tasks for weekly, monthly, 6-weeks, quarterly, etc. If I miss the repeating tasks say from 6-weeks ago, the new 6-week task will not drop as a reminder because of the "past due" status of the recurring task. The recurring tasks need to remain on schedule regardless if a prior task is past due, which would help minimize the risk of leads falling through the cracks and ultimately increase conversion of online leads.

  11. Hi KW team! 👋

    I’d love to see a feature added that makes it easier to create contacts without all the manual typing.

    Idea 1: Business Card Scan → Auto-Contact

    It would be amazing if we could scan a business card in Command and have the system automatically pull the name, phone number, email, and other details into a new contact.

    Idea 2: Email → Auto-Contact

    It would also be incredibly helpful if, when sending or receiving an email, we had the option to instantly generate a new contact from that email—no copying, pasting, or retyping the info.

  12. For example, if I have a smart plan that routinely sends out text messages on a Thursday, I'd like the option to skip Thanksgiving, and have the texts sent the following day instead. I'm sure I upset a lot of people yesterday by bothering them on the holiday. It'd be great if we could have this ability available by Christmas! Thank you for your consideration!

  14. Zapier Integration triggers! We need to send contacts and information to kw command with Zapier but can not use Zapier to trigger contacts to Mailchimp, Mailbox Power, and other systems. Why???? Automation is key, and I feel being forced to use API Nation is just wrong when Zapier is free for us. Their really needs to be triggers with Zapier to do such. I have spoken to them, and they say it’s on KW.

  16. Add Transaction and Opp ID numbers to the left rail so it is easily referenced - this is mainly for admin so they can easily reference these number for accounting/commission reports and in emails to their MC re: closing delays, changes in commissions, etc. At present, they must go to the commission tab to see the transaction # and "details" to see the Opp. ID#. It is clunky and should be easy to attach these numbers to the left rail as we do with the MLS #.

    Also just FYI, I am admin to Mike Begneaud, Jennifer Castro & Krystal…

  17. I would like to suggest that KW look for a new e-signing program. DocuSign continues to be glitchy and unreliable and that leads to a high level of liability. Consider that several forms do not work correctly (cannot fill blanks), or write onto one other form (amendment #1 will copy partial language to amendment 2),

  18. Create a contact 'history' for past phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, etc. Helpful for looking up past info, and more importantly to retrieve information that was mistakenly deleted (not contact archive).

  19. This section would allow associates to see how many people they added to their first level downline(gross recruits). There would be a function that you could search by dates as well.

  20. This is not my idea alone. Presently the duplicate contacts filter is looking for a match in any Phone # , Name or email address. ( I assume )

    Why would the designer include Business phone #'s knowing that MANY contacts work in the same Real Estate office or other Organiztion that shares the same phone # . The current search filter produces WAY too MANY "possible duplicates" that are clearly NOT duplicates. Somebody needs to look a little harder into what makes more sense than you currently have. At the very LEAST you should remove Work Phones Numbers from…
