Add the ability to apply a Note or Activity to multiple contacts
I think it would be great to have the option to add the same Note or Activity to multiple contacts, especially when you are documenting activities on an Opportunity with multiple participants (Husband/Wife, business partners, etc.). This would prevent the need to duplicate all the notes added.

Duplicative Opportunities
Provide agents with the opportunity to duplicate an opportunity. Data that should be copied when an opportunity is duplicated would include your client's information, tasks, client reminders, tags, and opportunity type. When an opportunity is selected for duplication, it should still open the "Create Opportunity" popup but it should be prefilled with the ability to edit any copied information. Additionally, a note should be created that links to the previous opportunity.
I see this as being beneficial for two big reasons:

Can you update the way our phone number appears in emails. My marketing profile is entered 407-616-3513, but in the email it appears +14076163513 (with no spaces).

Clear out previously failed contact imports from the Not Yet Imported list
Have the ability to clear out contacts from this list that the user has previously attempted to import into their Command Contacts, but failed. Or be able to identify which contacts in this Not Yet Imported list have failed import before so users can ignore these and only import new contacts that have not been attempted before.

AI Cold Call Training
One way I believe KW Command could be improved is by adding AI-powered cold call and conversation training directly into the app. I recently experienced AI calling training, and it was the best training I’ve ever had. It felt realistic, engaging, and incredibly helpful—especially as a solo agent.
This feature could allow agents to practice cold calls, follow-ups, objection handling, and consultations with an AI that responds like a real client. After each session, the system could score the call, provide feedback, and offer better dialogue options so agents can continuously improve.

language
I have clients and potential clients who speak multiple languages. It would be great if smartplans could change language instead of having to make a new one. It would be great if you could set a preferred language for a contact and the smartplan would change for it.

Add Agreement Expiration Date Column in FrontDoor Listings Approval
I would like to suggest a small but very useful improvement for FrontDoor, specifically in the Listings Approval module.
It would be extremely helpful to have an additional column that shows the Agreement Expiration Date for each listing. This would allow Market Centers and agents to easily track which Listings are close to expiring and take action in advance to renew them, instead of discovering it when the listing is already inactive.
Additionally, when exporting the data to Excel, this column should also be included so the information remains available for offline tracking and reporting.

Kanban view for tasks
Having a kanban board view for tasks would be a great improvement. Allowing the user to expose custom fields on the task card would be helpful. The current table view doesn't show the task type or description, forcing the user to open each task to gather more details.
Furthermore, I'd like the ability to group by due date, assignee, type, and status. Status would be the most important.Nice to have: comment on the task, i.e. "Tried to call client today. They were busy but requested a CMA sometime next week."

Remine Docs integration
I would like to see a Remine Docs integration that serves the same functions as the DocuSign Rooms integration. Our primary MLS includes Remine in our subscription, and it has been more reliable than DocuSign. It also loads in property details and opposing agent/seller information on each of the forms which saves loads of time.
Linking an opportunity to a Remine Docs transaction would be sensational.

Archived/merged/deleted contacts with relationships appear on the primary contact page
I have done lots of database cleanup after moving contacts into a team account. Some contacts with relationships that have been merged still exist on the primary contact page as a duplicate. One of the contacts links to the correct profile, and the duplicate leads to either a 404 or 403 error "this contact no longer exists."

It would be beneficial for the Offers & Commissions tab page to have the Select KWLS Listing merged together or eliminate these requirements when trying to submit the commission tab, opposed to the second page opening and having to go change the filter to All Listings while searching for the property. Many agents find the additional steps on the landlord/listing side frustrating, and there have been numerous occasions where it continues not work.

Light and dark logo options for themes with the change in marketing profile customization
Due to the change on marketing profiles for market center information. Either you should be able to override the marketing profile with a custom logo when you customize your site or there should be an option for market centers to set a logo for dark or light themed sites as now that these are uniform, those with the wrong theme end up having a hardly visable market center logo.

having multiple cities within the Principle city
Most of my database in Command is located in a city called San Pedro, primarily within the 90731 and 90732 ZIP codes. Although San Pedro is technically part of the City of Los Angeles, when these ZIP codes are entered into Command, the city field automatically populates as “Los Angeles.”
Is there a way to designate these ZIP codes as “San Pedro” rather than “Los Angeles”? This distinction is important, as residents strongly identify with San Pedro, and receiving mail addressed to Los Angeles can create the impression that I do not work or live in the area. This is…
