To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. In the documents tab of an opportunity it would be nice to have an option to drag and drop files into custom folders if they need to be moved instead of having to re-upload.

  3. Command Referrals currently requires a customer email and a “new destination” even for seller referrals. Allow referrals to be created/sent with phone number only (email optional) and adjust required fields so seller referrals can be submitted with limited lead info.

  4. I would like to suggest adding a vertical scroll bar to the My Assets section so users can easily view all images uploaded to this area. Currently, displaying a limited number of assets makes it difficult to quickly locate and select the desired image. Implementing a scroll-down feature would improve usability by allowing users to see all available images at once and seamlessly add them to a design, resulting in a more efficient and intuitive workflow.

  5. Add a setting that lets agents choose what inventory appears on the website’s /search (Search Properties) page—such as restricting search results to Market Center-only listings—so the site doesn’t automatically display all MLS listings (including competitor listings).

  6. Currently, the only export available in opportunities is to export documents that were uploaded to the opportunity. Any other information needed like names, addresses, dates, etc would require a manual export.

  7. Have the ability to share team Twillio credits across the team members individual Twillio accounts. Team members might want to run a specific Smart Plan to their Indian farming area and would want notification to flow to them instead of the rainmakers. That means they need their own Twillio.

  8. Add search by zip code

    Allow limited parametric data search i.e. price range, property type, # of bedrooms

    Increase the font size of the current data

    Reduce the size of the arrow, create a Buyer and Seller arrows, use green and red to indicate if it is a buyers or sellers market

    Add an option to overwrite the intro header with a personal message, additional pertinent data and hyperlinks

    Add additional analytics like:
    Current mortgage rates and trends
    Real Estate Market projections
    Rental Market Trends

  9. Currently Lone Wolf Transact does not allow for Clauses to be saved as Office/Global Clauses. Only created & saved at the Personal Level.
    In ZipformPlus - our Brokerage has 31 PreWritten/Approved Clauses by our PB that our Agents can select from Global Clauses to insert as needed into their Contracts.
    The Transact MCA Level Account can create Global Templates that Agents can access... it should be able to save created Global Clauses as well.

    Form editing in ZipformPlus allows for a field that is typically Numeric or Date based to accept an "override" of Text by quickly hitting the spacebar.…

  10. I would like the ability to track conversions by adding a Google tag (Google Ads / Google Tag Manager) directly to buttons and form submission events.
    For example, I want to track a Google Ads conversion whenever a lead submits the Home Valuation form. Ideally, this would be accomplished by allowing users to access a button’s settings and add a tracking tag that fires only when the specific action occurs (such as clicking Submit or successfully submitting the form).
    This feature would apply to:

    Custom buttons created within the platform
    Buttons and submit actions associated with prebuilt forms, including the…

  15. This idea suggests providing a more robust Team Transaction Detail report that includes Commission, Bonus, Outside Referral, and 1099 figures for the whole team, like the Intranet version used to display.

  16. I’d like to see an option where you can pull a report that shows whether a contact has opened an email, and/or engaged with it over any custom month span.

    For example, If I send out 2 emails a month to each client, I want to know if X client opened both emails, clicked on anything, and be able to track if they’re doing it consistently month to month to know who’s actively engaging in content.

    Currently you can look at each month’s email reports and see who’s opened your emails, and who’s engaged/clicked on something within them. That information…

  17. Can you put in place the ability to look up an agent in your Network by the city and state? I think that feature would be helpful. Please let me know if it can be implemented.

  18. We need to be able to save and organize designs into folders.

    With so many different items (flyers, post cards, door hangars, social media, email, etc), and with multiple Smart Plans in use, I have to search through dozens of pages of designs to find the one I am looking for.

    It is a waste of time and extremely frustrating because it is sometimes easy to miss the design you are looking for when looking through over 100 designs.

  19. Almost every other CRM system out there has a way to incorporate ringless voicemails into their version of a Smart Plan. It is either...
    1) built into the CRM directly
    2) a direct integration with a service like Sly Broadcast
    3) an indirect integration through a service like Zapier

    I looked into option 3, but Command's integration with Zapier does not include the ability to send a trigger to Zapier.

    How is it that agents with the largest brokerage brand in North America do not have access to this basic CRM functionality?!?!?

  20. Looking to leverage SmartPlans by integrating some ops workflows.

    Biggest Help: Option to select a task completion contingency to generate the next steps in the SmartPlans.

    For example: "Step 2: Put together listing appointment docs" populates only after "Step 1: "Request listing package from the title company".

    Critical because I'm building out ops on this foundation - I'd love to keep everything in one ecosystem (Command.)
