To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. It is really hard to keep track of texts that fail without checking each contact on your database. If we had this option, we could look into using alternatives for those contacts. There are also issues where there is no error messages on why it did not push through.

  2. For those of us using the Procoach accounts or even teams with newer associates, it would be extremely benifical to be able to adjust some of the questions asked on the Activity tracking form.

    Rather than having "did you sign any contracts today" I would love to be able to change that for PC Agents to "How many contacts did you assing to smartplans today?"

  3. This would provide an at-a-glance view for with the toggle capability to see the data by Calendar year vs Anniversary year. Having to manually track or depend on the data within individual opportunities is cumbersome. I know this can be streamlined and save time.

  4. I would love for a button to be added to the listings portion of this. After searching for a listing, would love to be able to share the listing to social media or email through command with the click of a button.

    Would also be amazing if it would lead capture as well!

    All the info is there as in MLS.

  5. It is very important that a client (potential seller) receives a bi-weekly neighborhood Nurture including Active, Pending and SOLD properties in order to they have an idea how is the market regarding the last sold similar properties an make a quicker decision selling their units. Only Active and Pending unit are shown. Please see attached the screenshots.

  6. It would be great to have the ability to turn on or off notifications and have the option to choose where they go. I would really like to have the option to have oportunity compliance command notifications be directed twards my emial.

  7. When you have several contacts that come up for the same task, like "send an email" it would be great to select them all from the Task Bar and Bulk Send the Email.

  8. It would be great when you add a spouse to a contact for their home address to copy over to the spouse and the tags as it is double the work currently the way it is set up. Thank you!

  9. Can you have a Opportunity Tag Trigger a Smart Plan? Example If there is a HomeWarranty on this transaction I want it to trigger a few additional emails about Home Warranty programs.

  11. This report would enable agents to be prepared ahead time to send cards, gifts, etc. to mark these events. Agents could simply print the report at the first of the month and then make sure they have cards on hand and gifts ordered.

  13. Sometimes an agent works for two different states or areas and needs a Twilio number with two or more different area codes. One Command account should be able to handle having more than one Twilio phone number associated with it.

  14. Would like to have email and text notifications when a lead opens listing alerts and when they browse the my website. Would also like to have email and text alerts when they open any email I send them. Market leader was perfect and very user friendly. We were forced to switch to command too soon. Command is not ready.

  15. This would be very help because if an opportunity is either lost, archived or closed, we will be able to see the notes that will be useful for other team members that are going into the database to call/check in.

  16. This would be very easy to implement.

    I propose that we have 2 different Neighborhood Nurtures, one used to market to Sellers (those who already live in a particular neighborhood) and one used to market to Buyers (those who wish to live in a particular neighborhood). The current Neighborhood Nurure is "Buyer friendly" because the initial information the person sees when clicking on the email is: what is what properties are currently for sale, not the neighborhood stats. If he/she wants to know the neighborhood stats, they must search/find the link in the upper right corner "Neighborhood Stats" and click.

  20. The canned emails sent through a few of the foundational Smartplans are not editable, leaving out our non-English speaking clients. The neighborhood nurture smartplans have these canned emails, I would love to see Spanish (and other languages) represented in the templates.
