To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. In the new command personal business accounts, it would be helpful if any admin who are added has the ability to send Twilio messages from the Rainmaker's Twilio account and see notifications for responses. There should also be the ability for the email campaigns that the admin sends to have the option to come from the Rainmaker and not the admin. Without this, there is still a need for the admin to log in to the Rainmaker's account, which is something we're trying to eliminate.

  2. Our team hosts events on a regular basis. We want to enter the contact information for those people who provide at the event. Often when we are attempting to create a new contact, we get all the way to the Submit button before Command shares some piece of information is with an Archived Contact. We try to perform a search in Contacts before submitting a new contact and if that piece of information matches an Archived Contact, show it. Having to enter all that information to learn it is an Archived contact is quite frustrating when you are trying to…

  8. I’ve set up a SmartPlan with email and text messages that went out to my local contacts, about 1,000 people. Text messaging gets by far the most responses, however, Command limits how many replies I can send. I’m only able to respond to 5 text messages at a time, then I have to wait 5 minutes before I can reply to another 5.

    I’d like to have this limit removed so I can respond to everyone in a timely manner and provide better service to my clients and contacts.

  9. Currently, Rankings within the Market Center report includes leases in all categories except Listings taken. To align with KWRI Medallion awards, we have always excluded leases from our monthly awards. I now have to create multiple custom reports and do many calculations manually to get monthly GCI and Units without leases.
    Please vote to have the ability to toggle off leases in Rankings reports.

  10. Right now Command only allows Contacts to be trasferred from a personal profile to a team, then from the team profile to a personal profile. There should also be an option to transfer contacts from one personal profile to another personal profile within the team.

  11. The current headers of the Export files are not the same as the Import templte. It would be great if they are the same so if you need to export bulk contacts from a profile and import them to another profile, you skip the hard work of manually copying and pasting the contact details over to the Import Template fro the Exported file

  12. Within a Lone Wolf Signing, there’s currently no option to include a single, universal message for multiple signers. Instead, the system requires you to enter a separate message for each individual signer. If the same message applies to all signers, it must be manually copied and pasted into each signer’s message field. We're looking to have a field to allow a message for all signers and avoid copy and pasting.

  13. It would be great to be able to merge documents and pages from multiple documents within Lone Wolf Transact or Authentisign. At the moment, there is no option to merge or split documents within Lone Wolf Transact.

  14. Improve the template workflow by adding a 'copy/paste' or 'memory' feature for initials and signatures. Manually dragging every initial is a bottleneck; allowing us to multi-select and repeat placements—similar to DocuSign—would be a huge productivity win for Lone Wolf users. Persistent Placement is what I believe it would be called.

  15. When looking at the opportunities that belong to a contact, I'd like it if it displayed if the opportunity was marked lost.

    There are definitely opportunities in my command that I forgot to mark lost. I'd like to not have to take the extra step to open each opportunity to verify if I had marked it lost.

  16. Please establish one individual Canva account for each Market Center, using a Keller Williams email address (such as the MCA or Front Desk email). This ensures the account remains with the Market Center, even if personnel changes occur.

    Market Centers regularly use Canva to create a wide range of materials, including training announcements, social media content, and agent recognition posts (such as cappers and monthly top performers). In addition, access to the appropriate Canva environment is essential for consistent and effective training.

  20. Email Campaigns - We should be able to send an email blast without having the contact card created so we don't have a bunch of contact cards in our database with just an email. After the email blast goes out and we have responses then we should have the option to create that contact card since more information may be obtained in that point of time.
