having multiple cities within the Principle city
Most of my database in Command is located in a city called San Pedro, primarily within the 90731 and 90732 ZIP codes. Although San Pedro is technically part of the City of Los Angeles, when these ZIP codes are entered into Command, the city field automatically populates as “Los Angeles.”
Is there a way to designate these ZIP codes as “San Pedro” rather than “Los Angeles”? This distinction is important, as residents strongly identify with San Pedro, and receiving mail addressed to Los Angeles can create the impression that I do not work or live in the area. This is very much a local pride issue, and other agents working in San Pedro experience the same challenge. this also goes for the city of Wilmington and Harbor city. All of these are in California.
Any guidance or potential solutions would be greatly appreciated.
