AI Cold Call Training
One way I believe KW Command could be improved is by adding AI-powered cold call and conversation training directly into the app. I recently experienced AI calling training, and it was the best training I’ve ever had. It felt realistic, engaging, and incredibly helpful—especially as a solo agent.
This feature could allow agents to practice cold calls, follow-ups, objection handling, and consultations with an AI that responds like a real client. After each session, the system could score the call, provide feedback, and offer better dialogue options so agents can continuously improve.
Not every agent has daily access to coaching, "script" practice, or role-play partners. Having this built into Command would give agents on-demand training anytime, anywhere. It would build confidence, improve conversations, and help agents grow faster while staying within the KW ecosystem
