Neighborhood Nurtures for Sellers and Buyers
This would be very easy to implement.
I propose that we have 2 different Neighborhood Nurtures, one used to market to Sellers (those who already live in a particular neighborhood) and one used to market to Buyers (those who wish to live in a particular neighborhood). The current Neighborhood Nurure is "Buyer friendly" because the initial information the person sees when clicking on the email is: what is what properties are currently for sale, not the neighborhood stats. If he/she wants to know the neighborhood stats, they must search/find the link in the upper right corner "Neighborhood Stats" and click.
If you already live in a particular neighborhood (potential seller), I believe you are most concerned with the neighborhood stats (what has sold, average sales price, etc.), than what is currently for sale, not what is currently for sale.
If you wish to live in a particular neighborhood (potential buyer), you are most concerned with what is currently for sale within that neighborhood.
The only difference between these two nurtures would be where the client is iniitally taken when he/she clicks on the email for more information. I would love potential sellers (those who already live in the neighborhood) to initially see the neighborhood stats page; and potential buyers (those who wish to purchase in a neighborhood) to initially see the properties for sale.
Let's give people more closely what they want.
