When someone creates an event on your calendar using Calendly, here's what I'd like to see happen:

• Contact is instantly synced to Command (without having to use Zapier)
• In the integration settings, agents can select whether or not they get added to opportunities and smart plans based on the type of event
• Once the contact syncs, it's added to the appropriate smart plan and moved to the proper stage in opportunities
• If the meeting is rescheduled, they can be added to another custom smart plan
• If the meeting is cancelled, they can be added to another custom smart plan
• Once the meeting is complete, they can be added to another smart plan and they are moved to the appropriate step in opportunities

Calendly's API definitely allows for all of these steps. With the acquisition of ShowingTime by Zillow, agents are desperately in need of scheduling help and Calendly (from what I've seen) is the best alternative.

This would elminate tons of steps in this process, make sure that it happens every time and we never forget and move us closer to truly being tech-assisted agents.

It would also encourage agents to actually use opportunities, make the process of booking calls and appointments more seamless and ensure a consistent experience for every lead and client.
