Make Checklist Versioning More Obvious (Tool Tip)
Make versioning for Opportunity document checklists a lot more obvious. Agents and trainers don't know that this exists and are adding a new opportunity for every offer a buyer has.

Switch Opportunities from Team to Team, Personal, etc.
On the back end, when an agent designation changes, they shouldn't need to re-upload all their opportunities in order to be in compliance. There needs to be a way to port them over in their entirety.

Documentation being required to submit
Currently our Agents can create an opportunity and submit a commission request without having the proper documentation submitted.
Is there a way that we can have the disclosure agreements and contract of sale for sale transactions a requirement and the agents won't be able to submit the commission request without uploading them to the opportunity first?
For rentals we also require leases however, sometimes buildings don't provide them to the agents so maybe its best for now that we have that as optional.

Enhance Date Field Input Functionality for Offers
Current date fields in the offers section are not intuitive and can lead to input errors. Specifically, the fields do not recognize slashes (”/”) to move between month, day, and year segments.
Additionally, when users enter a single-digit month and key over, the system incorrectly includes the first digit of the day as part of the month. This rigid adherence to the mm/dd/yyyy format without accommodating common typing behaviors slows down the process, especially when filling out multiple commissions.

Add Property Photos to Opportunities
I think it would be great if we could house the photos for a property in Command. Not sure where this would appear but it would be great to have.

Make "Hide Completed Tasks" Sticky
after I hide completed tasks in an opportunity checklist and leave the opportunity, when I come back to that checklist, nothing is hidden. I would love if when I select to hide it stays hidden unless I choose otherwise. It would also be nice to have the option to default to hide completed tasks so I don't have to click it every time.

Internal Command Chat for Teams
They would like for the discussions to be moved away from a specific opportunity and be brought into more general terms. They would like to be able to "chat" with people on their team in different areas/applets of Command.

Docusign
Enable SMS Delivery for DocuSign. Some of our agents have clients that prefer text messages over email. DocuSign has this ability already, it just needs to be turned on.

Offers and Commissions
With so many teams and different pay structures for those team members, it would be nice to have the ability as a team owner to input each agents split, and for the math to show it how I pay them out. IE: if I have an agent on a 70% split and another on an 80% but they are each paying 5k toward the team cap, the system would track and show the cap and automatically change the commission to the new rate after they hit their cap. I can not see anything in command to see where my team…

Add a field to Opportunitites to enter a clients Mailing Address
We want the ability to create a better connection between Command and DocuSign such that if we don't have a client's mailing address when an opportunity is created we can add this to the contact and/or opportunity and it will still sync with DocuSign and eliminate the need for agents to add it in all 3 locations manually.

Do Not Require Commission Rate at Opportunity Creation
When I'm starting an opportunity, don't make the commission rate required. On listings, the value hasn't been established, and with buyers we don't have a budget yet.

Agents can Download their DA's
No matter which side of the transaction they are on, allow agents to download their own DA's from opportunities.
If the agent is on a team, allow the rainmaker to control what data a team members sees when they download their own DA.

Ensure Consistent Access to ‘Do Not Share’ Option Across Opportunities and Listings Applet for MC Exclusive Listings
Agents require the ability to create Market Center Exclusive Listings directly within the Opportunities Applet, including the option to select “Do Not Share - Listing Will Only Be Visible to You.” The current inconsistency in the UI between the Opportunities Applet and the Listings Applet forces agents to use a less intuitive workflow, which could result in potential exposure of sensitive client information. This inconsistency disrupts the user experience and increases the risk of errors, especially when dealing with NDA-protected listings.

Include Email Template Designs in Opportunities
I like to send certain emails to my clients at different stages of the transaction including "Congratulations, you're under contract" with a list of dates, next steps, and explanations as soon as an offer is accepted. Then another email after the option period, reminders, etc. I have these saved in my gmail as a template now, but would love to see the ability to send the template (saved in command/opportunities) pull the key dates, property address, and client names when filling the email templates.

searching checklist items in split and attach
When using the the split and attach feature I want the ability to search for the item rather than scrolling through the list of items to add the doc to. Also within the split and attach option I would like the option to add a new doc to the checklist.
