Agents can Download their DA's
No matter which side of the transaction they are on, allow agents to download their own DA's from opportunities.
If the agent is on a team, allow the rainmaker to control what data a team members sees when they download their own DA.

Ensure Consistent Access to ‘Do Not Share’ Option Across Opportunities and Listings Applet for MC Exclusive Listings
Agents require the ability to create Market Center Exclusive Listings directly within the Opportunities Applet, including the option to select “Do Not Share - Listing Will Only Be Visible to You.” The current inconsistency in the UI between the Opportunities Applet and the Listings Applet forces agents to use a less intuitive workflow, which could result in potential exposure of sensitive client information. This inconsistency disrupts the user experience and increases the risk of errors, especially when dealing with NDA-protected listings.

Include Email Template Designs in Opportunities
I like to send certain emails to my clients at different stages of the transaction including "Congratulations, you're under contract" with a list of dates, next steps, and explanations as soon as an offer is accepted. Then another email after the option period, reminders, etc. I have these saved in my gmail as a template now, but would love to see the ability to send the template (saved in command/opportunities) pull the key dates, property address, and client names when filling the email templates.

Option for CAP & Royalty Status Rings
Please bring back the ability to see the CAP & Royalty Status Rings for Team Members in the commissions tab! This was vital for our staff to manage our internal reporting and tracking! If this was changed for "privacy" concerns, it could at the very least change to make it an "optional" tab for agents to Allow/Not Allow their Rainmaker and Admins to see their status rings. This puts the control in the agents hands still, but gives teams the option to view it, if allowed, vs just taking it away!

searching checklist items in split and attach
When using the the split and attach feature I want the ability to search for the item rather than scrolling through the list of items to add the doc to. Also within the split and attach option I would like the option to add a new doc to the checklist.

Print Opportunity Timeline Tab
I would like the ability to print the timeline tab of an opportunity. This allows me to see all of the logged activities in one sheet to my agents instead of sending them multiple screenshots.

Allow Foreign Currency for Opportunity Price(s) and GCI
KWW agents want to see the currency in the Opportunities applet reflect as their country's respective currency rather than USD.
In this case, for the Philippines, they want to see it reflect as peso.

[Command MC] Request to have more conditioned text characters or have a visible characters limit warning in compliance checklist.
When trying to update compliance checklist docs through Command MC, there is a limit to the number of characters that can be included in the "Condition" text box. It would be great to have that limit extended of a prompt that shows what is the character limit.

Opportunity Stage Change Smart Due Date
Add the option of a Smart Due Date for Opportunity movement through the pipeline. When I move an opportunity from Watch to Nurture (for example), I want to be able to set up my checklist so the tasks fire of X days after the opportunity enters the stage.

Info Goes Away when you back out of the opportunity back to address search...
When looking for opportunities, for example, 'All Opportunities', it takes you to the search area where you can search the address. When you type in the address, the opportunity comes up which is great. However when you are in the opportunity and click 'back' in the browser to take you back to the searched addresses, it's completely gone back to the default search area. This is super inefficient and it would be great to go back to what I had pulled up to keep it organized instead of redoing my search again.

Auto-Populate Tax Data to DocuSign Rooms
Right now I have to create a room outside of command in order to pull tax information. This should also be included when I create a room from command.

The ability to filter by our teams assignees in opportunities
Team Rainmakers/Admins would benefit from being able to filter through our opportunities by "Assignee". Right now you can only filter by owner or tag. On teams the "owner" will always be the Rain Maker. Making an assignee option to filter through would be extremely helpful for teams with 3 or agents or teams that have a high volume of units.

Require Rainmaker Approval before Document, Offer, and Commission Submission
This would be useful as it would allow the RM to oversee all deals going through their team to ensure the opportunities have the necessary team documentation correct, as well as allow the RM to ensure the offer and commission submission is correct (i.e. splits, etc...) prior to submitting it to the MC for review.
This would ideally be something the RM would have control of and be a "final check" before submitting the docs and offers to the MC for their approval by the agents on that team.

Opportunities API Access w/ 2 way sync
I use third party software to display information from multiple databases into Airtable as a web app for my team. I would like to also bring data from Opportunities into the teams app and be able to make changes in my app that will sync back to Opportunities in Command.
This would allow Teams to use another lead aggregator, like GoHighLevel or Brevity, that includes Pipeline data syncing into Command.

Change the wording from "Offers & Commissions" to "Offers & Compensations"
Since the NAR lawsuit, it would be nice to see the wording change on the Offers & Commissions tab change to Offers & Compensations since the real estate industry wants us to now call commissions compensations. That was KW is in line with everyone else and this doesn't confuse anyone.
