Flat Commission Amounts in Commissions
Under the old system, agents could put in a dollar amount for commissions if they wished, and Command would do the math for them. Since moving to transactions, our agents are forced to input a percentage, which doesn't always match up perfectly with the flat fee they've agreed to. They're left reaching out to leadership and asking us to change it, which takes up time and resources that previously weren't necessary.

Easier Assignee Adding
Ability to checkboxes for multiple names and search for a name by typing when adding assignee to an opportunity (like you can with a collaborator on a contact)

Documentation being required to submit
Currently our Agents can create an opportunity and submit a commission request without having the proper documentation submitted.
Is there a way that we can have the disclosure agreements and contract of sale for sale transactions a requirement and the agents won't be able to submit the commission request without uploading them to the opportunity first?
For rentals we also require leases however, sometimes buildings don't provide them to the agents so maybe its best for now that we have that as optional.

Export All Opportunities List

Offers and Commissions
With so many teams and different pay structures for those team members, it would be nice to have the ability as a team owner to input each agents split, and for the math to show it how I pay them out. IE: if I have an agent on a 70% split and another on an 80% but they are each paying 5k toward the team cap, the system would track and show the cap and automatically change the commission to the new rate after they hit their cap. I can not see anything in command to see where my team…

Agents can Download their DA's
No matter which side of the transaction they are on, allow agents to download their own DA's from opportunities.
If the agent is on a team, allow the rainmaker to control what data a team members sees when they download their own DA.

Allow Foreign Currency for Opportunity Price(s) and GCI
KWW agents want to see the currency in the Opportunities applet reflect as their country's respective currency rather than USD.
In this case, for the Philippines, they want to see it reflect as peso.

Require Rainmaker Approval before Document, Offer, and Commission Submission
This would be useful as it would allow the RM to oversee all deals going through their team to ensure the opportunities have the necessary team documentation correct, as well as allow the RM to ensure the offer and commission submission is correct (i.e. splits, etc...) prior to submitting it to the MC for review.
This would ideally be something the RM would have control of and be a "final check" before submitting the docs and offers to the MC for their approval by the agents on that team.

Multiple Checklist Template Options
Within Opportunities, could there be multiple checklist templates setup to choose from when populating the checklist for a given phase of the opportunity. For example, a new construction buyer opportunity may have a longer-timeline to it and a few different but standard steps (like a blue-tape walkthrough, or activating appliance warranties after the home is purchased). I know I would like this functionality, maybe others would as well.

Tag Team Members in Opportunity Discussions
It would be helpful to be able to tag people not included in the particular opportunity such as VAs and cooperating agents so we can notify others of things they need to do.
For example:
If an admin is the one that submits the paperwork and is the point of contact, we want them to get the notification. However, we can only do that right now if they are in command and the rainmaker uses the team opportunity and assigns the admin to the opportunity.
Another example is Agent 1 submits the file as the listing agent and Agent 2…

Notify Agent When Missing Required Documents (before Closing Date)
When paperwork is missing on an Opportunity (Required Documents) and it will jeopardize a closing/payout to the Agent, it would be great if Command could automatically email the Agent 2 weeks from Closing Date and 1 week from Closing Date with a reminder to load missing documents, and to include a list of what those documents are (or allow the MC to select what reminder timelines they would like). This will save time for the MCA/Deals team with contacting the Agents manually when this happens.

Bulk Assign Opportunities
Currently, there is no way to bulk-assign opportunities. I would like to be able to bulk-assign opportunities to anyone on my team, especially if they have "Unlimited" team permissions.

Quick-Create Buyer Opportunity from Seller Opportunity Information
It would be helpful and save time to have a "Create buyer side transaction" button from within command to create a mirror image opportunity that switches the buyer and seller side and adds it to the pipeline.
This would be in lieu of manually creating a buyer side transaction when the listing agent has both sides of the deal personally or a team member.

Google Drive Integration with Opportunity Documents
This option would save time when uploading documents to Command. In the same way we have access to "DocuSign" and "My Computer." Direct access to Google Drive would make a smooth transfer of documents.

Add Dashes to Phone Numbers in Opportunities
Currently numbers appear +14251239876 adding a dash (ie: +1 425-123-9876) to separate the numbers would decrease eye strain and improve readability.

Update Contact's Information after Opportunity is Closed (Home Anniversary, Address)
instead of having to manually enter the closing date from details to home anniversary, it should automatically go to home anniversary date field once the closing has been completed. this way would be easier for reports and smartpans than having to go back and enter each :) thanks!

Show Opportunity Notes in Contact Notes
This would be very help because if an opportunity is either lost, archived or closed, we will be able to see the notes that will be useful for other team members that are going into the database to call/check in.

Calendar integration for Opportunity Key Dates
My Operations Manager had a great idea today: Calendar view on Opportunities. (So if you're trying where everything is within a week/month timeframe, it's easier to view.) Sync with Google Calendar too.
