Streamlined Website Support Guides for Non-Technical Solo Agents
I am not a Tech Savy and also Solo Agent. Over the years I have experienced, with evolving Command and Website construction, The Articles by KWUI become very involved as they try to cover all possibilities of enhancements in one Article. This is very hard for non-tech Solo Agents to decipher and implement. Teams usually have tech Savy staff on-board.
Hence I suggest that the content in the long Articles dealing with Website enhancements or Designs, in particular, be separated/simplified, carved out with simple actionable steps. It took me 3 days to incorporate my website pages into the new experienced Website this week. Unlike me, not many Solo Agents have the fortitude to stay with such complicated Articles written for Tech Savy audience.
So I suggest the following:
Separate Articles Content for Solo Agents from Teams' Content.
Solo instructions, as much as possible in layman's terms, should be to-the-point by starting with main theme of enhancement, that is:
a. Initially, the Article should LIST, say 5 steps – indicating items to do in each step with a simple goal (do not add all options or descriptions of exceptions in these steps).
b. Add instructions on how to do these 5 steps first, then add an additional Section where, corresponding to each of the 5 steps earlier, describe how each can be further advanced — that is, add options or exceptions for each step in this section.
c. You can still keep the all-inclusive content of the Article, be it website or design-related, for Teams. Some Solo Agents may venture further to see this comprehensive write-up.
