Allow agents to upload email lists for ad campaigns without having to import the leads into Command
Example: Ability to upload a list of email address into Command campaign manger without having to import them into command first. This would be helpful if we are trying to run ads to people in a data farm, expired listings, FSBOs etc. without having them in our data base. Once they respond to our ads, we can add them to the data base. This will help us keep our databases clean and manageable.
