Improvement om conversion from Websites
Today, agent sites do not fully exploit their potential as a lead capture tool. And this is a huge waste, because through the Campaigns module, we can create campaigns on the Google Display Network and remarket our contacts, which is very powerful. But unfortunately we cannot use this, because we have to direct the leads to the website.
And on the website, the experience of requesting contact with the agent is not at all intuitive:
First, the lead needs to click on 'Contact KW' (which could be translated as 'Send Message')
Second, a popup appears for them to log in, where the lead must click on 'Continue'
Third, the lead is directed to the login screen, which should be the registration screen, because we assume that most traffic does not have an account created. The lead must find the 'Sign Up' link, which, if they were a layperson, would probably give up.
Fourthly, and most glaringly, the user registers without having to enter their phone number, which invalidates all marketing efforts to send this traffic to the website. This is because the email bounce rate is very low.
The lead does not have the option to click on a button that redirects them to WhatsApp. As a standard experience in markets outside the US, the lack of direct contact via WhatsApp and the absence of a request for a phone number makes our contact much weaker. - - Not to mention that having so many steps to register considerably reduces conversion.
The ideal way would be: - Click on 'Send Message' on the property page, and then go to the registration page, where it would ask for the email address and phone number. Or alternatively, a field similar to the contact form on the main page and after submitting the data, invite the user to register - - This way, we would get much more out of the website and allow for more intensive use of the Campaigns platform.
