One of the most common structures for agent sites is to curate lists of properties by neighborhood. This is fine if all you want to do is link to a saved search page, but if you want to include a header and a brief description of the area and possibly links to more info, the only option is to embed a snapshot of a search on your own page and this looks terrible. The radius search is useless for this. In practice, a radius search is not very functional as most people want to search by town, neighborhood or school district. If you use the keywords, you will only get results that mention the location in the description.

As a secondary feature that goes hand in hand with the neighborhood search features - we should add back in the neighborhood snapshot widget. We have this great format in designs and it's already going out in the neighborhood nurture. Would be great if we could add that to a neighborhood page in addition to the search.
