KW Consumer App Offer and Contract Management Hub
As part of the effort to transform the KW Consumer App into a full-featured client portal, an Offer and Contract Management Hub needs to be developed because once a client is ready to make an offer, the process often moves outside the app (email, PDFs, separate platforms), leading to confusion and dropped communications.
Suggested Improvements include:
- Enabling offer submissions directly in the app
- Adding real-time offer tracking with status updates
- Integrating with DocuSign or Dotloop for e-signatures
- Centralizing disclosures, contracts, and documents
- Adding secure in-app chat threads for agents, clients, and coordinators
Benefits to agents will include:
- Initiation, management, and tracking of offers in one place, reducing the need to juggle multiple apps and platforms
- Speeding up the offer process
- Keeping all documents and communication organized
- Making agents appear more professional and tech-savvy
- Reducing the chance of errors or missed steps
