To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. The 'my listings' filter for featured properties is currently all or nothing (when selected, ONLY the agent's listings will be displayed). The agent should be able to choose to have additional listings display after their listings, determined by the radius criteria set (center point, max # to display, and radius).

  2. Allow each agent sites their own fav.ico. Favicons matter because they enhance the visibility and recognizability of the brand of the website.

  3. Is there a way to create filters on custom list pages so the consumer can filter through tags underneath parent tags?

    I have several blogs, which have different tags under "real estate". It would be helpful to display all of the blogs I have, but allow the consumer to say I want to only see "Market Updates", "Buyer & Seller Tips" or something similar.

  4. Since there is no commission information on the MLS, we need to be able to accommodate this information on the Agent site. It would be nice if the landing page allow us to add this information. Currently, it is not possible.

  5. I want to be able to have a particular landing page set up with a custom form. When the custom form is filled out by a lead on that particular landing page, a pdf is automatically emailed to them.

  6. Make the phone number and email clickable on the Landing Page, Contact Form, and other pages.

    Right now it is clickable only on the About Me form, but everywhere else it is not.

  8. Right now we can add hyper specific neighborhoods, but not entire towns. Often times I have clients who are looking across an entire town, and they don't need emails from every single specific neighborhood, but what's happening broadly across a town.

    This would also be very helpful in being able to iframe onto pages if we're covering a large geographic area. For example, I have clients looking across Medford, MA, but have to individually select each neighborhood.

  9. When I click on a neighborhood in a profile, I'd like for it to stay on my personal branded page instead of getting redirected to the generic KW page.

  10. On the home page of our agent sites, make our name and location at the upper left corner larger than the company logo which is just below our name.

  11. I have created content that I'd like to post on a landing page, which would require someone to fill out their contact information to access it. This way, I can create social media advertisements or post links on my marketing material to capture the lead's information.

    A good example of this is a "Condominium Buying Guide", where I can create a paid social media advertisement targeting potential condo homebuyers, with downloading that guide being the CTA. Then after they download it, it gives me an opportunity to follow up with them since they input their information.

  12. Remove Listing agent contact info from App when sharing properties. When I share listings to potential buyers as the Buyers agent I would not want the listing agents contact info on there

  13. Add a button to the top of the agent sites to Download their App. There isn't an easy way to direct consumers to download the app since the website updates.

  14. Link Featured Properties together on Agent Sites Homepage to enable smoother and quicker Forced Registration.
    When a user/visitor clicks open a property card from Featured Properties, provide a way to scroll through to another Featured Property from that page. This will enable an easier way to capture leads from the homepage within the forced registration settings you've chosen.

  15. In order to help further customize our agent sites, the ability to reorder the module placement on our sites (Featured Properties, Testimonials, etc.) would be a useful enhancement for agents and associates to provide more variety in their homepage appearance for clients and site visitors.

  16. I plan to release a new listings report for my contacts if they have signed up for it, and only show them what has come on the market within the last week.

  17. Add an option to require forced registration after viewing a specified number of listing photos (i.e., 3 to 5 photos).

    Currently forced registration can be required before viewing a listing or after viewing a specified number of listings. Allowing consumers to see a few photos of the listing before forcing registration could increase conversion rates.

  19. Example: Ability to upload a list of email address into Command campaign manger without having to import them into command first. This would be helpful if we are trying to run ads to people in a data farm, expired listings, FSBOs etc. without having them in our data base. Once they respond to our ads, we can add them to the data base. This will help us keep our databases clean and manageable.

  20. The required password length is 13 characters. This is truly excessive, especially considering it requires no special characters, symbols, upper-case letters, etc.
    One could simply put in a password as: "abcdefghijklm" or "1234567890123"
