Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Filter by HOA

    The Command Consumer sites and apps don't have an option to filter homes For Sale by whether or not they have an HOA; it would be an extremely valuable features for users--more valuable, I believe, than the "Has Parking" filter since "parking" can be arbitrary whereas an HOA requirement either is or isn't.

  2. Show For Sale By Owner Listings in Search

    Add capability to KW command to be open for anyone to add FSBO (like Zillow does). This will get more exposure to our website and more clientes looking for properties there.

  4. Search by Pets Allowed

    Pets Allowed should be a filter on the KW app for rentals.

    Allow searching for a property by MLS ID or Number on both the Consumer App and Agent Sites.

  6. Add Augmented Reality Features for Paint, Flooring, etc.

    Augmented reality for paint,flooring, appliances
    It would be great to have an augmented reality app that can show buyers what a home would look like with different paint color on walls, different floors and new appliances. If it could also some how link to Home Depot or Lowes for the cost of such updates would be awesome. This would definitely help fighting the "I don't like the paint color. " objections, and help new investors estimate rehab cost on any flip.

  7. Filter by Short-Term/Vacation Rentals

    In areas that allow Short term Vacation Rentals, a filter for this is important in many coastal areas, and in Hawaii.

  8. Point Neighborhood Nurture Email to Agent Site Page with Same Information

    I think Neighborhood Snapshots should be a page on our KW site that the consumer can access after logging in. It would then be easier for an client to reference it between MNN/BWNN emails and points them back to a singular location.
