I work for 1 broker that has 2 offices as an in house TC. I support between 80 and 100 agents. Having to keep putting in a verification code each time to upload documents for the broker to review is very disruptive in the workflow. Often times agents are on the road, in meetings or doing other things that do not make them readily available to send a verification code, I do not have access to their recovery email, nor do I want to. We need a way to be able to upload the files for the broker to review from our own personal account, or another work around that is not so disruptive.

Having to keep putting in a verification code each time to upload documents for the broker to review is very disruptive in the workflow. Often times agents are on the road, in meetings or doing other things that do not make them readily available to send a verification code that I have requested on their behalf, I do not have access to their recovery email, nor do I want to. We need a way to be able to upload the files for the broker to review from our own personal account, or another work around that is not so disruptive.
