This feature is critical for operational efficiency, especially in high-volume Market Centres.

The ability to sort by Opportunity Type and Compliance Event directly impacts how effectively admin teams can perform their work. Different staff members and departments are responsible for specific types of tasks or compliance items—listing coordinators handle listings, compliance staff review documents, and deal coordinators manage under contract and closed files.

When sorting options are removed, all tasks are pooled together, forcing admins to sift through compliance requests that aren’t relevant to them. This not only leads to frustration and confusion, but also a significant waste of time, especially when there are 40+ items to manually review. For high-volume Market Centres, that inefficiency adds up quickly and directly affects turnaround times, accuracy, and service to agents.

Bringing back the ability to sort is not just a quality-of-life improvement—it’s a necessary tool for proper workflow management and delegation across departments.

Please prioritize the return of this function so we can continue to support our agents and teams with accuracy and efficiency.
