This is an amazing feature that if integrated, will result in fool proof follow ups and not letting any lead fall through the cracks. I’ve used this in Follow Up Boss (FUB) earlier and greatly miss it here at KW ecosystem. Would strongly urge for this to be implemented as I’m already feeling its absence in my work.
