I am a freelance KW TC for multiple (many) agents. It's a wonderful service available to the independent agents at our market center. This is absolutely CRITICAL for me to be able to do the job I am hired for. I do not use my own Command account.
This is so important. Agents hire a TC to do their admin work, and a huge part of that is the Opportunity management and the commission page. Agents and TC's are greatly hindered by the frequent and random security code trigger. While I understand security is of utmost important, there must be a way for an approved (by the agent) TC to secure a duplicate code.
Yesterday I got into 8 agents accounts. Today I am locked out of almost all I try (6 or 7) and the SAME ones I was able to access yesterday. That is the randomness. Why can I get into one agent's Command Monday and then not on Tuesday or even later in the same day? Same IP address, same Internet service. HELP!
