Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. KW Command website seems built for one agent. If you have a team it's very difficult to input data that reflects well on the website. For example, the header has to be "first name, last name, title, etc." instead of "Company name, company address, etc." which is auto-generated from the Market Profile.

    The agent profile picture cannot be the logo of your company because there is a separate section for the logo. Because of the logo bubble that hovers over the head shot this looks odd and mismanaged.

  2. My clients are using my KW App to search for homes. They told me they are saving favorite property listings and making notes on the listings for me...but I can't see which properties they have favorited nor their notes. I need to be able to see those in the Client's Contact record

  4. Can the app have a Refer a Friend option?

    Raving fan is chatting us up about our amazing services. They pull out the app and put in their friends contact details and hit send. That form comes to us, and letting us know who refereed them?

  5. right now we use Homekeepr it links through our KW Branded app and clients love it. As we update our tools and the mobile app it would be great if we could set up the new app to link to vendors through Command either using a Homekeepr API or creating our own.

  6. If you have more than 10 web pages, don't expect your website visitors to see them in the menu.. It runs out of space. This OBVIOUS flaw should've been fixed day one. ALL websites have nested menus for subpages to be in, such as a menu choice called CITIES and subpages for each city in that area... Placester sites had them, and they were perfect.

  7. When you are on other home search apps you can sign in with facebook, google and apple credentials. That would be a great option to provide people as well as the just email sign in.

  8. Expanded sharing options for the Consumer App. In the current version of the app there is no option to share a listing outside of a limited number of integrated app, Facebook, instagram, etc. Especially for the international clientele in large US cities options to share through apps like WeChat and Whatsapp are important as those are the preferred method of communication for many in those communities. For example, I have a decent number of clients in the Chinese community in Philadelphia who prefer to be contacted via one of these apps. At least a copy link sharing option would be…

  9. Compass consumer app has buckets that consumer can put properties is for agent to see and more importantly the agent can put properties they think their client will like in bucket that consumer can get. Really cool feature.

  10. It would be great if our clients could leave a review about us through our mobile app which would feed back into command. Also to have the ability to post it from Kelle to other social media sites.

  11. SEARCH LISTINGS by # OF STORIES or LEVELS.

    We need the ability to search listings by the number of stories or levels a home has. ie. Search for all single-story homes (or two story, etc.).

  13. Provide Neighbourhood Snaps by property Type

    1. Residential Detached (Single Family, Single Family Acreage, Etc...)

    2. Residential Attached (Apartment/Condo, Townhouse, 1/2 Duplex, Rowhouse, Etc...)

    3. Multifamily (Duplex, Triplex, Fourplex, Etc...)

  14. Houses would generate and as they like a house swipe right, if they don't swipe left. In order to activate that feature maybe they have to register and that way they can go through houses faster and the agent would have a more accurate idea of not only what they like but what they dont like. Also not to mention the data it would collect and how iy would affect accuracy and precision.

  17. Augmented reality for paint,flooring, appliances
    It would be great to have an augmented reality app that can show buyers what a home would look like with different paint color on walls, different floors and new appliances. If it could also some how link to Home Depot or Lowes for the cost of such updates would be awesome. This would definitely help fighting the "I don't like the paint color. " objections, and help new investors estimate rehab cost on any flip.

  19. I think Neighborhood Snapshots should be a page on our KW site that the consumer can access after logging in. It would then be easier for an client to reference it between MNN/BWNN emails and points them back to a singular location.

  20. Our board, the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board provides us with Neighborhoods maps, Area's and Sub Area's. Would we be able to use Data directly from the boards that have neighbourhood maps and integrate those maps into sites and the app so it's locally more accurate and relevant?
