Free Home Valuation Page - Allow agent to have option of making phone number field a requirement.
I have very strong incentives for people to sign up to get a Free Home Valuation from me.... so much so that if I require the phone number they will most likely give it to me. It would be a muchmore valuable lead for me if I am able to contact them by phone. Can this be done?

Capture Additional Contact Information in Agent Site Registration
It would be super helpful to include a phone number for the forced registration on the agent sites. Currently with only collecting name and email address, we haven't successfully been able to immediately connect with the leads.

More Details Required on Contact Me Form on Website
It would be useful if the person contacting thorugh the Website had to fill in not only their names and e-mails, but phone number and city and state. Too many spam e-mails come through there. Thank you!

Customizable home value page
The home value page is good, and it would help if we could customize it some. Allow me to add a section for "Cash Offer" or to be able to add a video to this page and move the sections around. Fello has this function in their home value section.

I would like to point out that it is nearly impossible to steer clients to use our KW site over zillow, realtor, etc, as it is not easy to navigate.
When I do a search for an address, ex 123 search ave, the website populates other cities, as well as other cities on the map - making the search person believe the address will not come up. If you do this on zillow, then the local addresses populate first.

The Home Worth/Value Calculator seems to be low.
Just curious, but who are we partnered with to provide the home value price range? It appears to be $30-50k lower than the actual comps in my area?

Consumer search app landing page
Before the release of the New agent website, when the consumer went to our Consumer App landing page (https://app.kw.com/KW1CCHTIP) on their phone, they were brought to an agent branded landing page where they were able to download an agent branded consumer app.
Since the release of the new website, both the landing page and the actual search app is no longer branded. Now, when the consumer downloads the search app they must "Find" the agent.

Featured Listings - New Website
The updated featured listings section on our KW websites is presenting numerous challenges. Previously, our own listings would seamlessly appear, but now we're required to manually add them. Furthermore, sold properties are not being removed, and the section is displaying listings from other companies in the area. It would greatly improve functionality if we had the option to exclusively showcase our office listings or to display all listings in the area according to preference.

Buyers should also be able to search Commercial and Land Listings on The KW APP.
No commerccial properties area able to be viewed on the KW APP . ALL MLS listings should be automatically syndicated to the APP without exclusions so All the clients needs can be serviced.

Add code function for scripts such as Google tag manager and Chatbots etc.
currently added code interferes with the search page. Adding functionality to add code and scripts would help agents better communicate with users.

KW Commercial Brokers need our own website templates
The default website / landing pages are geared toward residential real estate. Commercial brokers need professional website representation, as well.

Lag time of listings to websites
Something needs to be done about the lag time between a listing going live on the MLS and it showing up on our website and in the paid ads campaigns. It's unacceptable that our listings show on Realtor and Zillow immediatley and take hours at best to show on KW sites.

Update time of day for Neighborhood Nurture emails
Currently the KW Neighborhood Nurture Emails get sent early in the morning, usually around 2am. Please update the SmartPlan to allow time of day that is preferred.

More accurate valuation amount format
when the customer gets the home valuation, it comes like $527.18K. The consumer does not understand. Prefer it to look like $527,180. Zillow, Realtor etc show in that format.

Radius from home address
in some rural areas there are no neighbourhoods, allowing us to set a radius from the home address would allow us to set them on neighbourhood nurture!

Make Team Sites' pages autopopulate into individual Agent Sites
Currently, information or webpages shared on the team site are not automatically pulled into the agent's personal site. I think this will be a great feature that Command can work on where the individual agent can decide to either create their own pages from scratch or use pages already in their team site. This way, there is consistency within the agents of the same team while being efficient. We won't need to manually update each agent's personal site with information from the team site. This automation streamlines the process of creating webpages individually.
