Compliance Module Missing on New Landing Pages
Problems with Landing Pages:
1) The module that is included on the website* which will populate the required compliance information from our marketing profile is not included with the new "landing" pages.
2) When using a Rich Text Module to add the required compliance information to avoid fines, the Logo is enlarged to the point it is unsightly. Unable to resize the logo.
3) Inability to resize a photo on the Landing Page.

Remove Subscription from website- AI monitor automatically monitors clicks
requiring the lead to subscribe to the website to receive property alerts should be removed. AI should also automatically monitor all clicks on website for agent.

Neighborhood to be added
Hi, I was told to come here to get a few neighborhoods added. We can start with The Dunes of Naples in Naples, FL. It's an older community, but for some reason isn't selectable on on neighborhoods search. It's 7 highrise buildings and a clubhouse. I've included screen shots so you know where it is. And an address for one of the buildings is below. Thank you!

We want to send our website links through Consumer App
Why is it useful?
Imagine the situation: An agent sends the link of their consumer app to a buyer. The buyer accesses the consumer app, gets amazed by the properties they see and decides to share some listings with their family and friends.
Instead of the agent having their network expanded by these new contacts, these new contacts come into contact with other random agents, as the consumer application shared kw.com links and not links that led to their agent website.
Who would benefit from it?

Please implement a project to update metro neighborhoods nation wide. Many cities have grown the new developments have not shown up

Allow our Commercial Listings to be on our individual websites.
I list commercial properties often and I've just been made aware that our commercial properties do not automatically populate into our individual website. I have also been made aware that if I pay additional fees to become a KW commercial agent then I could post it in their database. I think it would be vastly more professional and inclusive to all KW clients for ALL listings to be showcased on our KW websites... we pay tech fees monthly for access to top-of-the-line websites and technology. The radius does not work. It ends up including towns that I don't cover. This would benefit every agent.

Open House Required Fields and Smart Plan
Please disable the requirement to have an open house visitor provide BOTH phone and email. Sometimes I only get one, and can't submit the request.
Also, when an OH guest completes the form, please give us the ability to determine where that lead goes. Currently within my team, it goes to the personal contacts of the agent. I'd like it to be able to go to the rainmaker contacts.

Be able to customize neighborhood nurture email with own wording
The email template for the monthly neighborhood nuture is not customizable right now and the wording doesn't fit with my communication style. I would like to design my own monthly neighborhood nuture email so either making the Keller Williams smart plan customizable or providing us with a way to embed the neighborhood snapshot code/link in our own email design would be a more personable touch.

Get rid of the what locals say section on the KW Websites
It seems like some of the options are more comical (athleseiure wear, fashion trending, hard working, etc) than beneficial to homebuyers.

Linking Agent Blogs and YouTube to their nw KW website
Over the past 15 years, I have seen my KW website platform change and I have lost site indexed pages--at one point about 7,500 site indexed pages--which has lost me SEO. My blog, which is on Blogger/Blogspot (a Google Platform) has over 535,000 views; while my YouTube Channel has 180,000 views. I would love to have these two Google platforms tied into my new KW website.
