Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Give the Rainmaker an option to have their team members create their own Campaign emails & direct mailings, Designs and Team SmartPLans. This way the Rainmaker has a choice to either limit or give their team members free creativity.

  2. Could we have the opportunity to add non-KW listings to an advertisement to highlight them as paid ads to attract leads?

    For example, highlighting all recently price-dropped properties to attract buyer leads?

  9. There are agents out there who boost posts of their recently sold listing instagram posts, for example, as a way to increase reach for those posts. You can do it natively from instagram.com. I was wondering if there was integration for that feature in command, but it seems like there isn't. if tehere isn't, agent would like to have one

  10. Please add “the Cove” neighborhood in Natomas, sacramento Ca. This is a neighborhood that so farm and the lack of ability to add people to a Neighborhood is infuriating

  11. Most of us run ads on Facebook as well as Google.

    Pixel is Facebook's version of an ad tracking/conversion tool.

    Google ads tend to be more expensive than Facebook ads.

    Facebook is great for building awareness. Our clients need a way to start building a relationship with us BEFORE they ever speak with us.

    Facebook ads are not as effective without Pixel. Pixel can be attached to the entire website as well be used for specific landing pages, if your using a particular funnel. Pixel allows us to track conversions and optimize our ads. It helps us understand when people…

  14. I love the newsletter in command however when I make my contact list and make certain tags, I noticed this time around that anyone new that I added to command or tagged, wasn't included in the newsletter when I sent it out.

  16. Instagram allows users to post an image carousel up to ten images, so we should really be allowed the same limit when scheduling through our app. Some places cannot show their best potential with such few images, and it also compromises the design and feed organisation of our professional profiles, making it harder to develop a visual identity

  17. Instead of having to change the default email to a specific agent, you could have a "team email" as a default option on "team" accounts that allows you to send emails in a campaign to all contacts of the "team" without it having one specific agent's contact information.

  19. Currently, our Direct Mail Campaigns don't merge spouses when sending postcards, meaning each individual contact is sent a postcard, which significantly increases costs for larger mailings. We should have the ability to upload our own mailing labels (which we can create and have linked spouses merged onto one label) so that multiple postcards aren't sent to the same address.

  20. There is a 90MB file size limit for video in a Facebook ad in the new paid ads experience. This eliminates most videos without dropping the resolution and bitrate. If you run an ad directly through Facebook there is a 4GB limit. That's 16 times more video if you run it directly through Facebook.
