MLS-to-Social Media Automation in Command
It would be highly valuable if Command could incorporate functionality similar to what Delta Media Group currently offers—direct MLS integration. Specifically, when a listing event occurs (such as a new listing, price change, open house, or status update), the system could automatically generate a corresponding post for the agent’s connected social media accounts. Ideally, these posts would be created within Campaigns for simple one-click approval. Abort Button on Campaigns
There should be a way to abort/stop/cancel a campaign before it sends/publishes. Last min changes and minor errors happen and we should have the ability to stop, fix, and reschedule our campaigns

email campaigns without adding a contact card
Email Campaigns - We should be able to send an email blast without having the contact card created so we don't have a bunch of contact cards in our database with just an email. After the email blast goes out and we have responses then we should have the option to create that contact card since more information may be obtained in that point of time.

Let Campaigns use Smart View List in Contacts Applet
The ability to filter contacts and build smart views within contacts - is a game changer, but not able to use the same filtering to run a campaign is frustrating. Campaigns has significantly better reporting (than smart plans). Why not allow the contact list to be pulled from the already created smart views list in the contact applet for campaigns? I send a single email smart plan to use the smart view list - vs using campaigns, when I could benefit from the reporting in campaigns. Can we update the way we scour through the email lists? Having to load 100 at a time, then have to wait for next 100 and have to return to the top each and every time to do anything is a waste of time.

Campaigns – Leads Behavior
When the agent clicks on a lead's name in the Campaigns section, nothing happens. The expectation is that clicking the name would redirect the agent to the corresponding contact profile in the Contacts section, but this is not occurring. As a result, the agent must manually enter the lead information into the system, which is causing frustration.

Email Lists - Option to deselect specific groups without affecting the entire list.
Managing large email lists is challenging when trying to exclude certain groups. It would be helpful to have the ability to deselect specific groups of contacts without unchecking every individual contact, streamlining list management.

Contact Lists- automatically need to update with newly added tags or contacts
I love the newsletter in command however when I make my contact list and make certain tags, I noticed this time around that anyone new that I added to command or tagged, wasn't included in the newsletter when I sent it out.
