MLS-to-Social Media Automation in Command
It would be highly valuable if Command could incorporate functionality similar to what Delta Media Group currently offers—direct MLS integration. Specifically, when a listing event occurs (such as a new listing, price change, open house, or status update), the system could automatically generate a corresponding post for the agent’s connected social media accounts. Ideally, these posts would be created within Campaigns for simple one-click approval. This would ensure agents remain fully compliant while significantly reducing the time and effort required to manage their marketing. By streamlining MLS-to-social automation within Command, agents would gain a seamless, efficient, and compliant way to…

Social media posting
In command campaigns social post reposting is currently available to teams only but not single agents. It should be available to individual real estate agents as well. That is my request/idea.

Campaigns – Leads Behavior
When the agent clicks on a lead's name in the Campaigns section, nothing happens. The expectation is that clicking the name would redirect the agent to the corresponding contact profile in the Contacts section, but this is not occurring. As a result, the agent must manually enter the lead information into the system, which is causing frustration.

I would like the campaign mailers to be more than just postcards.
I am starting to farm specific neighborhoods I am known in and would like to start sending mail on a monthly basis to these neighborhoods. But as it sits right now Command only allows postcards. I would like to be able to send flyers at least or potentially a folder or something different to stand out and have the ability to upload my own designs. I use only Canva to make my designs and that is also not allowing me to resize them to the right size for the postcards in command.

Comprehensive Campaign that includes Social Media Posts, Email, Text, and Mailer
This might be more comprehensive and harder than I may be making it seem, and I also feel this would be a HUGE value add to Agents/Admin and MCAs/TLs. It would be nice if we could build a Smart Plan that included multiple different Campaign Features. Building a Month Long Campaign for an event or Reverse BOLD 100. Features would include scheduling by Date, Utilizing Text & Email (Already does this in a smart plan) AND adding the ability to have Social Posts scheduled to go out based on the linked accounts in our Marketing Profile. And in an alternate…

email lists
Can we update the way we scour through the email lists? Having to load 100 at a time, then have to wait for next 100 and have to return to the top each and every time to do anything is a waste of time.

Handwritten Letters Campaigns
Essentially duplicate the existing direct mail campaign process, but partner with a third party company (like scribe) that would print and mail out handwritten letter using their 3d printing technology. So I could upload into Command a copy of a handwritten letter and select who I want it to be sent to, both in and outside of my database, just like how real mailers is currently set up. Then scribe would simply print the message on the selected cards, and mail them to who we have selected. This would be an incredible tool for all database touches and farming.

Custom Colors for Tags created in Paid Ad Campaigns Program
When running a new Paid Ad Program, we can create a custom tag for the leads. However, we are unable to choose the color for this custom tag. It will reduce steps and friction if we could choose the custom tag color like we can elsewhere in Command. Going back to settings then navigating to the Edit Tags section is a lot of extra clicks.
