Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Previously, the "last contacted" column reflected all email activity. Recently KW Support told me that is no longer true for all emails, just those from a smart plan as part of a recent change.

    So now, the Last Contacted column is not a true reflection of the last contacted activity. It needs to revert back to reflecting all activity.

  2. It would be great if we could export any list of contacts that we are able to filter and create SmartViews around. This is good for handing off lists of people if necessary for various reasons.

  3. When you show contacts, you must scroll a bunch. I have a vertical monitor to do database work on and the contacts view should dynamically size to the screen if larger than your standard. I can only see 10 contact on a 24" vertical screen.

  4. Could be used for exporting mailing labels AND sending post cards to our database. Currently we must choose one person so as not to send two cards.

  5. Clients who have multiple properties may have more than one home anniversay (i.e. investors, second vacation homes, etc.).

  6. In Command, the "Timeline" tab for tracking phone calls/emails/texts should be called "Activity" and where it says "Activity" it should read "Timeline"

    I believe this will be more effective for agents and leadership identifying where to log activity in Command.

  9. Just like we save the person's photo in our Phone contacts, please can we have an option to save a photo of our customers in Command.

    It would help the many people who are visual learners and great for recognizing faces before names.

  10. Other than the answers article, there is zero indication from Command or through the 'create saved search' process that indicates that a client MUST be registered to you in order to receive the email updates you put them on. This needs to be called out in the creation process or have steps for the client to opt-in or accept the email updates.

  14. It would be great to have the ability to apply a 'saved search' in Command to multiple contacts. I ran a facebook campaign and as the leads are coming in I want to do the same saved search for each of them; it would be great if the same saved search could be linked to several contacts

  15. Add the ability to select more than 500 contacts up to the entire database. Currently we can only work with up to 500 contacts at a time. If we are selecting contacts for a mailing label export, 3500 contacts would require exporting them 7 times.

  16. I am unable to assign contacts to several neighborhoods that are 5+ years old and well-established in NextDoor. They include Polo Ranch, Fullbrook on Fulshear Creek (see attached), Bryan Crossing, and Pinewood at Grand Texas. I asked help desk how to get neighborhoods updated and they said "there is no two-way connection between NextDoor and Command. We were able to pull neighborhood data from their site once, but have not been allowed to pull any updated data since.   17. Command Contacts should allow us to use the same email address for more than one client. We have several clients who are couples that share the same email address.

  18. This would be a GREAT feature for doorknocking and pop-bys. The ability to see which homes I have in my contacts and which I need to have added. It also gives us the ability to easily add notes to the database as we go door to door!

  19. The ability to pin a note to the top of the note page that has important information in it that you can quickly see without searching through the notes for it.

  20. For contacts, Command requires us to create separate contacts for spouses. That is double the work and most of the time results in contacts with limited detail. We can just create one contact and input both names (i.e. Jason and Jan Smith). Then we only have one contact. However for e-mails, it removes the word "and". If we could do a merge field for Full name rather than just First and Last, it would pick up on the word "and". Then we wouldn't have to create separate contacts for both spouses.
