To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Right now you have to click add contact, then click in the text box to start typing. It would be more efficient to have the cursor populate in the name field automatically when the pop up opens.

  2. I used to be able to search for a tag and it would only pull up contacts with just that tab. Currently, it's very difficult to search. When searching "S and U" for DTD2 tags, I now have to scroll through 15 clicks of tags to find contacts with that tag.

    I have attached a video that I sent to tech support. They suggested I contact you.

    Our new Advanced Filters should help with this! You can ask Command to show you Contacts with only a certain Tag. Please check out our answers.kw.com article to learn more: https://answers.kw.com/hc/en-us/articles/15099687485715-Contacts-Filters-List-and-Advanced-Filter-Options

  3. Being able to filter the tags by "not is" would be super helpful. For example filter "is" "past client" tag "is not" "2023 Prospect" tag. Thank you!

    Using advanced filters, you can find Contacts who do NOT have certain tags. Check out our Answers article to find out more:

  4. Searching by year allows us to target people strategically. For example, since we know people move every 5-8 years on average, we could sort by year(s) and increase the likelihood of converting them when the next time to move comes.

  5. It would be amazing if when we select to email a contact from command, that an email box pops up and template option drop down populates so we can select from a template and hit send. There could be KW standard options as well as ones we can create ourselves.

  6. When a contact is sent through lead routing, it disappears from the rainmaker's account until an agent claims it. It would be nice for a rainmaker to see a list of the contacts that are currently in lead routing.

  7. Is it possible to not require a note when you Log a "not Answered" Dial? It doesn't make sense to add a note when nothing happens.

  8. With the formation of digital business cards( Dot, HiHello, and Blinq), I would like to see how these contacts we gather could be connected to Command. You can save these contacts in the various apps, but what about straight to the app? This would be helpful because the contact could go straight into a smart plan.

  9. Need to have the ability to send an in prompt to email to a contact, directly with their contact. This is a MUST to be productive on follow up...

  10. Allow emails and texts to be sent directly from Command and Command app. Additionally, provide an ongoing timeline of all communications between a specific contact, which helps the agent stay on top the the ongoing conversation and benchmarks at any time.

    FollowUp Boss does this and it's possibly one of its best features of the platform, you never have to leave the app and it increases productivity exponentially.

  11. Unacceptable that every time you go back to contacts you lose your columns that you organize. Extremely inefficient and hard to use the CRM this way. ?

    We would suggest creating a SmartView for your Contacts so that you can refer back to your Custom Columns. Please check out our answers.kw.com article to learn more: https://answers.kw.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016246693-Customize-Columns-Use-Filters-and-Create-SmartViews-in-Contacts

  13. On the contact page where you see an email address, you should be able to click the email address and it opens an email to the contact. On the phone number when you click it you are prompted to "call" or "message". Why can't you click email and send an email? Too many steps to send an email.

  15. Seriously, I just want to quickly attach a note to the contact or opportunity. It just requires more clicks. Less streamlined. Less usability.

    You can use the "excludes any" or "excludes all" function in the Advanced Filter drawer to find Contacts who do not have certain tags. You can learn more at our Answers article here:

  18. Can you please enable the ability to select a default country area code? It's cumbersome to keep scrolling down to select the country area code aside from the current default of US, while I'm in Canada.

  20. Should be able to effectively use labels for phones/emails/addresses, as well as "primary", "same as mailing", "mark as lead", etc.

    The upload template command currently provides isn't mapped right.

    Add columns for mark as lead and same as mailing address and make the template easier to upload and it will make a huge difference.

    Being able to upload contacts into command is significantly less helpful when you have to go through individual contacts anyway to make changes so you can keep accurate records and get them on smartplans.
