Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!


When not to submit to ideas:

  1. Add Merge Tags to Email Composer

    Allow the use of merge tags in the email composer. That way, we can send a simple email and customize it to the contact instead of making it generic for everyone.

  2. Be able to create and save email and text templates.

    Ability to create and save email and text templates. Have access to those templates from the contact page. i.e. from the contact page, select "email", then be able to search and select a pre-written email template. Texting would work the same way.

  3. Authenticate .kw.com Email Domain

    Google has recently made an announcement that is requiring email domains to be authenticated in order for marketing emails to be delivered. This update will affect anyone who uses a custom email for things like mass marketing, batch emails, action plans, etc. Emails will need to be authenticated to prevent the messages from going to the recipient's spam folders or blocked by their email servers. I have actually already seen it start to happen with emails I am sending out.

  4. Make Twilio time zone specific

    Twilio texts only send between 10am to 2pm CST and this doesn't work well for our time zone of EST. It would be great if Twilio was time zone specific.

  5. Add an Option to SEE ALL NOTIFICATIONS from the bell icon in Command and open all in a new tab

    Similar to Facebook notifications, I would love to be able to see all notifications on one page and show which ones were read or not and leave the bell icon to show new notifications. It would be helpful to go back and see a notification that may have been previously dismissed. It's not convenient to always have to click "See older notifications" and once dismissed, you can't go back and find it again.
