Authenticate .kw.com Email Domain
Google has recently made an announcement that is requiring email domains to be authenticated in order for marketing emails to be delivered. This update will affect anyone who uses a custom email for things like mass marketing, batch emails, action plans, etc. Emails will need to be authenticated to prevent the messages from going to the recipient's spam folders or blocked by their email servers. I have actually already seen it start to happen with emails I am sending out.
Here's the announcement from Google: https://blog.google/products/gmail/gmail-security-authentication-spam-protection/
In order to prevent this, the DNS records for the email domain would have to be updated. The owner or admin for the overall kw domain would have to do this. I have not been able to connect with the people who can assist with this.
By the way, anyone using a gmail.com (http://gmail.com/) , yahoo.com (http://yahoo.com/) , or aool.com (http://aool.com/) domain will be completely affected because Google won't allow them to authenticate those domains at all. Google feels those domains are not intended for email marketing, but I know some agents use them. They'd need to create a custom domain. This is not CRM specific. Whether they use Command or another CRM, they will be affected.
I have a video tutorial on how to authenticate it once I find the person who has access to the back office for the kw account. It's very quick and simple.
If this would help, these are instructions on how the email authentication is supposed to be done: https://help.followupboss.com/hc/en-us/articles/19983604643735
This needs to be done to protect the business flow of kw.com users who need this authentication to continue doing regular business activities. It's a quick and simple fix that can be accomplished within 3 clicks. I am not asking to have access to the DNS records, but for the person who does to assist.

If users send mail as their kw.com email using a third party service, they will not be protected, and they may increasingly see delivery failures due to that third party service "impersonating" their kw.com email.
emails send from Google, itself, are valid, as they are not impersonating the mailbox.
