A do not contact icon next to contact name
Say you tag a group of people you met at an event, but 1 person prefers you not contact them through command. They prefer to contact you themselves so you do need their contact information saved. It would be great to have a do not contact icon right next to their name to easily pick them out of the tagged group when setting up smartplans or sending twilio texts.
18 votesHi there! A great workaround for this would be to create a tag called "Do Not Contact" or something similar, then filter your Contacts by this tag! The new paid ad experience has AI-powered prompts, but there is not a feature like this for Social Posts. I'd like to see the AI-powered prompts under the 'Social Post' option of Campaigns as well.

Have Designs Library appear first when working on Print/Social templates
Would like to see Asset Library from the beginning when I first enter Designs instead of having to click into Designs and then into WeBrand. Many times I am duplicating my designs and sending them out on a slightly different campaign. Also this would allow to tweak designs I already created in fewer clicks.

change closing date
Once you enter a closing date on the initial screen it is greyed out and not editable under details. I can edit the closing date further down, however the greyed area does not update.

Archive an Opportunity
I have been told by support that an Opportunity that was Closed in a prior period Cannot be Archived, even if following the instructions in Support (which says you can if you change the status to Cultivate, Appointment or Active). I assume this is new. Our agents want to be able to Archive their Closed Opportunities. Can we add another place for the Closed Opportunities to "live" within Command besides on their dashboards? Like "Closed Prior Periods" or something like that - that they could access but not live on their Dashboards?
Thank You!2 votesHi there! Opportunities in the Closed Phase are archived automatically after 30 days. If the Opportunity were to be archived, it would not count toward the agent's productivity numbers tracked in Command for Opportunities and Goals. :)

Commission Cap Tracking to Dashboard
Add an option, like how we can track goals and our database health, where we can see our commission capping right on our dashboard. This would make it easier and more motivating for those of us that are incentive driven to see how close we are to capping for the year without having to go inot a previous opportunities "View Commission" tab each time we want to figure out where we are.

Schedule email campaigns to go out in a staggered manner and agent bing able to specify how many and at what time they go out till completion of the campaign

For Smartplans that are shared with other agents, they have to request access first

bring back the "Archived" option for Closed transactions
Bring back the Archive option for closed transactions despite it having a closed commission status. Also, to have an option to remove a closed transaction from the Contact card once it is done.
1 voteHi there! All Opportunities that are in the Closed Phase will be auto-archived after 30 days. Archiving the Opportunity would affect your numbers in the Opportunities Pipeline.

KW to invest in Zenlist for KW agents for promoting listings.
KW to invest in Zenlist for all agents and connect it to Command. This is where ALL agents in the KW family can promote their Off-market listings across the Country before going live on the MLS.
We also need a better way to communicate for referral business. Maybe look into workspace. This is where all agents can communicate live and request referral business.

Types of Sales Contracts
It would be great to be able to select the type of Listing Agreements and Sale Type for agents in command when uploaded for our admin such as a Residential, Commercial or One Time Listing Agreement and designate the required fields.
For example in Chautauqua County Attachment A is not required and a Property Conditional Disclosure is not required with a Commercial Listing.
I'm a newbie so forgive me if I have noticed this....perhaps our office can set it up on the backend.

When in designs be able to change the red color to your brand color
When using a template such as open house be able to change the red to our brand color we have saved in assets automatically. I don't even see a pencil to edit the color on these.
