Types of Sales Contracts
It would be great to be able to select the type of Listing Agreements and Sale Type for agents in command when uploaded for our admin such as a Residential, Commercial or One Time Listing Agreement and designate the required fields.
For example in Chautauqua County Attachment A is not required and a Property Conditional Disclosure is not required with a Commercial Listing.
I'm a newbie so forgive me if I have noticed this....perhaps our office can set it up on the backend.

Hi there! We suggest contacting your Market Center leadership about this as there is a way to select different "checklist" types for Listings/Buyers. :)
