Down Payment Calculations
In Offers & Commissions, in the Terms & Dates section, it asks for the Sale Price and then it asks for Cash amount. I have to use my phone to calculate based on the % entered on the purchase contract. I'd like to simply enter the % and have it auto-calculate the Cash amount based on the Sale Price.
Conversely, it requests Earnest Percentage (which we don't use). If I enter the Earnest Amount, it will then calculate the Earnest Percentage automatically, which is what I want the Cash field to do!

Update contingency fields on accepted offers and submitted compliance
The new contingencies feature becomes non-accessible once the Commission Tab is pulled in by the MC. This results in agents receiving contingency emails, even for an opportunity that has closed with a closed commission status.

Planner or Timeline
In the past we had a timeline built into our app and sites that has since gone away that I used with my clients. At the time the business was moving so fast we did not have time to run through that as much. Now with the sales timeline being longer and the opportunity for us to show more skill I feel like those timelines are way more useful. Our MLS (STELLAR) who uses matrix has a service called OneHome that has a nice clean interface that does exactly this and reduces the clients anxiety by letting them know exactly…

opportunity notes
Currently the rainmaker cannot edit a note that an assignee created. The rainmaker should have the ability to toggle on or off the editing of notes by all assignees/team members/admins. While an assignee/team member/admin can have the ability create and edit a note, they should not be allowed to delete a note. Only the rainmaker should have the ability to delete any note.

Assigning Assignees to Tasks
When creating tasks under stages in Opportunities- We should have the ability to assign the person who create the opportunity as the selected signee instead of having to manually assign the tasks as they come up.

Tie close date fields in Details and Commissions together
Tie the Close Date field of the opportunity details section to the Close Date field in Transactions (Commissions) together. When an associate updates the Close Date in the Opportunity Detail screen and there is a Open/Submitted/Approved commission in Offers it would be great if the associate is asked if they would also like to update the Close Date of the Offer (if different). Also, if the associate submits an commission with a Close Date that does not match the Close Date in the Opportunity Details the system would ask if if the date should be updated to match.

Grant Team Rainmakers access to view their team members’ cap status.
Previously, agents could view an agent’s cap status when adding them to a commission request. This functionality is no longer available. Team Rainmakers would like access to their team members’ cap status restored in order to accurately project income and expenses, acknowledge capping achievements, and celebrate important milestones.

Compliance
For audit reasons, Compliance Teams need access to search Opportunities by address. However in the case where a Buyer has submitted multiple offers, then have cancelled and released those contracts, the Compliance team currently has no way to find previous addresses as Opportunity Name generally has the current address associated with that Opportunity. However, if when searching the Search parameters could also include the Timeline within the Opportunity, Compliance would see "previous" addresses. Please make the Timeline one of the fields the Search scours.

Add a filter to list Opportunities of Assigned agents that left a team
In the new All Opportunities tab, we lost the ability to filter Opps for agents that left the team. It would be essential to have a filter that would display those Opportunities as well as the assigned agents who left the team.

Export Opportunities into .CSV File
Agents should have the option to 'Export' a list of their Opportunities into a .csv file. The file would include all dates, property address, client names & other details in separate columns.

Limit team member access to ensure they cannot alter the opportunity pipeline stages or checklists.
At the moment, team members regardless of permission level can make edits to team stages and checklists. This access should be limited to certain permission levels.

As an agent, I'd like to access my historical opportunities. I've had occasion where my customer needs a document that is in DocuSign and Opportunities.

It would be great to have the capability as tasks are completed that the system can automatically send out custom emails that will alert you and allow you to edit them before sending.

"Sync Transaction" button available under Documents Tab in Opportunities
To save some time and clicks, the "Sync Transaction" button should be available also under the Documents tab in Opportunities. It can still be in its original spot, but add this option as well just to make it more convenient for agents.
