Having an email address within each opportunity
Having an email address for each opportunity, so when I receive documents from the other side of a deal I can forward them to Command and NOT need to download documents before putting them into the Opportunity. Other platforms (SkySlope is an example) have had this feature for years.

(Command & Command MC) Increasing requirements regarding material correspondence could be handled in Command by adding a specific email address to each opportunity. This would allow agents to 'cc' the opportunity for all transaction emails and capture relevant conversations for audit and legal purposes. Example: the email address could be- [opportunitynumber]@kwcommand.com
