How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Hi! MCTT Jersey City here. I believe if it was possible to completely fill out the Opportunities Details section and have it sync to the agents DocuSign, can save ALOT of time for associates and speed up the Contact to Close process.

    Opportunity Details now sync to DocuSign Rooms! If you have any Details you'd like to see specifically synced that are not currently, please check ideas.kw.com to see if your request has already been made; if not, please submit an idea asking for specific fields to be synced. :)

  2. When creating an opportunity, the option to manually enter an address in the Details tab should be an option from the get-go. Sometime, the address is a lot, or similar scenario, and the search will be unable to find it. As it stands now, I believe everything can be manually entered except for the State.

  4. I understand that many people like to have opportunities in their tasks, but in the case of my team, having them in tasks without a date or anything just gets in the way.

  5. Please. Let us add a contact as we are entering an opportuniy!! instead of having to go into Contacts, create one.. then go into Opportunities. Please. So much faster/efficient to just add a contact as I am doing the opportunity!!

  6. Hello, I am scrubbing my database and going through all of my past clients to make sure they are tagged properly. My process is for me to go to my 'closed' proeprties through the filter on opportunities. I have found that there isn't an easey way to go about this. When I click the contact from closed opportunties, I click the back button to go back to where I was and it doesn't... I have to go all the way back to opportunities and refilter it again.   7. The Docusign date field is entirely too long to fit in the space allotted on most forms. Since we have a certification document that gives all specifics, just the date should be sufficient.

  8. I'd love to add a comment on changes- In the commission section, when a property is issued Tidewater and the price of the house needs to lower or raise, when the commission is locked beforehand, we cannot change it once the DA has been revised. So our commission and sales numbers aren't reflecting adequately. I'd love to see a "request change" button or the ability to change it and the MCA approve on the back end?

  12. Add the ability to see all of the checklist items in the "all opportunities" page so you can work through the checklists all at the same time instead of having to click into the deals every time.

    This would go alongside editing the columns on the all opportunities page like you can do in contacts.

  13. I love that we can now split docs directly in Command BUT it seems like the designers missed a key feature - allowing splitting in a NEW DOCUMENT TYPE not already in the pull down list. Sometimes deals have extra documents beyond out default lists and even though we can add a document at any time, if the document we want to be ad is grouped in a larger pdf, we are still stuff slitting the larger file, or printing to pdf the appropriate pages, so that we can manually add the document.   14. I have a new address for my seller in an active Opportunity. There isn't a way to go to the contact card within the opportunity to update info. I Have to go out and into Contacts to be able to do that.

  15. The state and county are not synching over to Docusign from the Opportunity. This is an integral part of the forms and would like to see it synch over with the rest of the address.

  16. Some of the most important details when comparing offers are not available. By adding custom fields each agent can choose what details they want to compare

    Sellers market has complicated our ability to compare, contrast, and compile offers. Command cannot fulfill this need. Here is MS Excel sample I created, Chicagoland market. Sharing this dbase.   17. The print, download, and "X" close buttons do not function when unless screen is full. Can the 3 buttons be made to float or relocated so they still function when working in split screen or minimized screen

The TRS is the most frequently changed/updated document as well as MC's go-to document to look for summarized deal info/changes, and realtors have expressed a desire for a more simplified system for communicating updates via the TRS. If we had an embedded TRS with required fields (like property address and completion date) that could use the data from those fields to accurately sort by completion date and allow conveyancers to search and find deals by searching for the address, it would allow us to more accurately and efficiently process and prioritize deals.
