Custom Fields in Offers Tab
Some of the most important details when comparing offers are not available. By adding custom fields each agent can choose what details they want to compare
Sellers market has complicated our ability to compare, contrast, and compile offers. Command cannot fulfill this need. Here is MS Excel sample I created, Chicagoland market. Sharing this dbase. Command will not have enough column headers for us to properly compare all offers. It has become this complex. See my headers as points of comparison, used MS Excel. Not saying Command has to be revised to mirror mine, needs re thinking. This is how am presenting all offers to the seller. Capturing agents contact info makes it easy for me to reach out to them. We have re-vamped the Offers tab to include more field that are needed for offer comparisons!

Our market does not use an "Options fee" but we do use Appraisal Gap coverage. Is there a way to remove that field as I don't want to confuse my sellers with Option fee. But would love to add Appraisal Gap. Maybe we could have a drop down menu or ability to change it. Thanks.

Allow agents to edit the offer landing page and allow for pdf files to be uploaded.
