  1. Under the old system, agents could put in a dollar amount for commissions if they wished, and Command would do the math for them. Since moving to transactions, our agents are forced to input a percentage, which doesn't always match up perfectly with the flat fee they've agreed to. They're left reaching out to leadership and asking us to change it, which takes up time and resources that previously weren't necessary.

  2. Add 'Cash' as a selectable value for 'Finance Type' in Opportunity Details. Currently, selecting 'None' results in two dashes being displayed. This can be confused with the data have potentially been omitted, rather than a clear statement of 'This Buyer intends to use cash', which is an important detail.

  3. Ability to checkboxes for multiple names and search for a name by typing when adding assignee to an opportunity (like you can with a collaborator on a contact)

  4. Ability to assign tasks to a client that shows up in the daily (or weekly) updates. For example - Seller to schedule terminate utilities. Or, Seller to provide contract to their mortgage officer. etc

  6. Several agents in our MC are utilizing the "Create New Version" feature in the Documents checklists in their opportunities. When creating the new version, they have the ability to name the new version to anything they desire, but there currently is not a feature allowing agents to rename the original version. Since this feature is used most often when a deal falls apart, agents are more likely to know the details of the original version before they know anything about the new version, but it is still only ever called "Under Contract". If we had the ability to change this…

  7. Make versioning for Opportunity document checklists a lot more obvious. Agents and trainers don't know that this exists and are adding a new opportunity for every offer a buyer has.

  9. On the back end, when an agent designation changes, they shouldn't need to re-upload all their opportunities in order to be in compliance. There needs to be a way to port them over in their entirety.

  10. Currently our Agents can create an opportunity and submit a commission request without having the proper documentation submitted.

    Is there a way that we can have the disclosure agreements and contract of sale for sale transactions a requirement and the agents won't be able to submit the commission request without uploading them to the opportunity first?

    For rentals we also require leases however, sometimes buildings don't provide them to the agents so maybe its best for now that we have that as optional.

  11. Current date fields in the offers section are not intuitive and can lead to input errors. Specifically, the fields do not recognize slashes (”/”) to move between month, day, and year segments.

    Additionally, when users enter a single-digit month and key over, the system incorrectly includes the first digit of the day as part of the month. This rigid adherence to the mm/dd/yyyy format without accommodating common typing behaviors slows down the process, especially when filling out multiple commissions.

    Proposed Enhancement:

    • Allow the use of slashes (”/”) to navigate between date segments.
    • Automatically move to the next field

  13. after I hide completed tasks in an opportunity checklist and leave the opportunity, when I come back to that checklist, nothing is hidden. I would love if when I select to hide it stays hidden unless I choose otherwise. It would also be nice to have the option to default to hide completed tasks so I don't have to click it every time.

  14. They would like for the discussions to be moved away from a specific opportunity and be brought into more general terms. They would like to be able to "chat" with people on their team in different areas/applets of Command.

  15. Enable SMS Delivery for DocuSign. Some of our agents have clients that prefer text messages over email. DocuSign has this ability already, it just needs to be turned on.

  16. With so many teams and different pay structures for those team members, it would be nice to have the ability as a team owner to input each agents split, and for the math to show it how I pay them out. IE: if I have an agent on a 70% split and another on an 80% but they are each paying 5k toward the team cap, the system would track and show the cap and automatically change the commission to the new rate after they hit their cap. I can not see anything in command to see where my team…

We want the ability to create a better connection between Command and DocuSign such that if we don't have a client's mailing address when an opportunity is created we can add this to the contact and/or opportunity and it will still sync with DocuSign and eliminate the need for agents to add it in all 3 locations manually.

So we are able to create tasks linked to an opportunity and make it repeating, however we are unable to make a repeating checklist task through the Opportunity Stages & Checklists customization. It would be helpful in particular for the Cultivate phase to have a repeating follow up call task that automatically is created to keep in touch with potential future listings/buyers, rather than having to create a task for every new opportunity in the Cultivate phase.

  20. When I'm starting an opportunity, don't make the commission rate required. On listings, the value hasn't been established, and with buyers we don't have a budget yet.
