Allow more than two decimal places for recurring deductions.
One of our Listing Services is FMLS. There is a per Transaction fee of .0012%. We cannot enter that because Command currently does not allow this.
This would certainly be a help to Agents, MCAs, TCs & more (with less errors & duplication of work!)

Support International Phone Numbers in Commissions for Referrals
Currently, when adding an international referral in the Commissions section, the system does not allow users to input phone numbers with international country codes. It assumes all phone numbers are in a North American format, which results in errors for agents working with international referrals. This enhancement will allow users to add international phone numbers, ensuring proper data entry and improved communication with referral agents.

It is very tedious to build out a task list for the entire opportunities pipeline. This would save agents a ton of time and make the opportunities pipline used more than just by TCs

Confetti when the Commission Tab is submitted!
Add confetti when an agent submits their commission tab. We have agent's who say they have submitted their commission tab, when they have not. This will allow us to tell them that "unless they see confetti, it hasn't been submitted!"

The ability to pin opportunities to the dashboard. It would be a great feature to be able to see at a glance my active opportunities (further helpful to see those I'm actively working on regardless of whether they are buyer or seller). Currently I have to keep a running list in another program.

Prevent Missed Deadlines: Require Date Entry in Opportunities , Improve Smart Due Dates: Auto-Prompt to Enter Key Contract & Listing Info
Currently, there is no system-generated reminder or required action to enter contractual dates and listing details into an Opportunity when a listing becomes Active or moves Under Contract. This can cause Smart Due Dates in the checklist and stages to not function properly if the "Agreement Won" date or other key dates (e.g., listing agreement date, contract deadlines) are missing.
Proposed Solution:
✅ System Notification: Trigger an automatic reminder when an Opportunity moves to Active or Under Contract, prompting the agent to enter all required dates.

Email Offers to Clients
Bring back the ability to email individual offers to clients. This was taken away in the new offers platform. I used this option on every deal and now I can't. I have always tried to keep my system the same for everyone so this being removed is a big setback for me.

Repeating Opportunity Stage Tasks
So we are able to create tasks linked to an opportunity and make it repeating, however we are unable to make a repeating checklist task through the Opportunity Stages & Checklists customization. It would be helpful in particular for the Cultivate phase to have a repeating follow up call task that automatically is created to keep in touch with potential future listings/buyers, rather than having to create a task for every new opportunity in the Cultivate phase.

Manually add listing for creating offers.
Is input being accepted about the functionality of adding offers in the new system? Having to choose one in our market center from KWmls makes a ton of extra work for us. We have agents all over the state.
AND I can't even help them by adding an exclusive listing because my only option is to have myself as the listing agent.

Offer with a Referral Issue
I received a referral check for a deal I referred out. Command still wants me to complete the offer section with the same info as if I listed/sold the property myself to be able to get to the commission tab. Since I did not work with the clients I did not have the details of the financing or the other party. Also, since I referred the client to another KW agent I had to create a new listing in the KWLS because the one that was already in there was linked to the opportunity of the agent that lead the…

Flat Commission Amounts in Commissions
Under the old system, agents could put in a dollar amount for commissions if they wished, and Command would do the math for them. Since moving to transactions, our agents are forced to input a percentage, which doesn't always match up perfectly with the flat fee they've agreed to. They're left reaching out to leadership and asking us to change it, which takes up time and resources that previously weren't necessary.

Finance Type
Add 'Cash' as a selectable value for 'Finance Type' in Opportunity Details. Currently, selecting 'None' results in two dashes being displayed. This can be confused with the data have potentially been omitted, rather than a clear statement of 'This Buyer intends to use cash', which is an important detail.

Rename Document Checklists When There are Multiple Versions
Several agents in our MC are utilizing the "Create New Version" feature in the Documents checklists in their opportunities. When creating the new version, they have the ability to name the new version to anything they desire, but there currently is not a feature allowing agents to rename the original version. Since this feature is used most often when a deal falls apart, agents are more likely to know the details of the original version before they know anything about the new version, but it is still only ever called "Under Contract".
