Activity tracking work days
Can we please have the work days for the Activity Tracking start on a Monday? It currently starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday, and I believe most of us track activity Monday through Sunday.

Display appointment held and appointment set numbers in activities
When an agent is using the activity tracker they log their set and held appointments but the Reports activity lumps this into one number as the sum. I would like to see each metric reported in the Reports>> activity for day, week, and month

Reports for Clean Up
I am working with a team to help set up a more functioning COMMAND system. There are remnants of 3 old classification "ideas", most aren't being used. Upon inquiring to support, I found the exports and/or reports I need are not available. As functions have been released, it is necessary to clean up old workarounds to incorporate the new features. Doing some clean-up is needed and there is no way to easily query what is in the system. Any user created fields and assignments to clients should be easily accessible for reivew.

Email Reports for Individual SmartPlans
Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!

Request to add more Prompts to the Prompt Panel in the SAP Reports Production Database. Currently we can only search by Region (Yes or No).
Today when I search on our Teams production to see how we rank in, say the Texas South Region or the entire U.S., I can only search by Region. Would love to have more options to filter the production data on the areas mentioned here:
- By Type (Group, Team or Ind. Team)
- By Reg #
- By MC
- By MC #
- By City
- By State (Include entire U.S.)
- By GCI
- By Volume
- By Units

Search by Contact Name in Email Campaigns Report
When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.

Make Reports Printer-Friendly (PDF)
To enhance user experience and operational efficiency, I propose the addition of a printer-friendly report feature in Command CRM. Set Team Goals and Individual Goals
Currently, I have set our Team's yearly production goal under our rainmaker's account while logged under the team account. Initially I thought this was setting the goal for the whole team under the team account. I had an individual agent on the team add in their annual goal in their Command account on the team side. Since doing so, when looking at goals for "All Team Members" it now has the combination of the Team/Rainmaker Goal, plus the individual agent. Ex: 65 Transactions (Team) + 16 (Individual) = 81 Transactions (All Team Members, not correct)

Report on All Activity on Contacts
For tracking purposes. Is there a way to go in and check for all updated notes and activities per month or time period? The goal is to know what activities we are doing and to be able to track our activities. This would be a helpful tool to coordinate with team and leadership opportunities. And to know how productive we are in working our database.

Automated Activity Tracking and Reporting
Command should be able to automatically track activity and outreach to our DB's.
This should be broken down by automated outreach (smartplans) and manual outreach (typically driven by tasks, calls, emails, texts or appointments).
This information is already being captured in each contacts timeline.
It would be helpful to add contact reason and contact outcome for each task or activity type ie for reason it could be cold outreach, DB follow up, Lead follow up, Client update, listing appointment, buyer appointment, etc. There may be different reasons for different activity types.
Then outcomes may look something like no answer, wrong…
