To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Per the product team, currently, there isn't an option to select specific dates when it comes to showing activity reports results.

    "this week" means 8 days ago. If today is May 6, 2025, then 8 days ago would be April 28, 2025.

    "last week" mean 14 days ago. Using the same reference date of May 6, 2025, that would place "last week" on April 22, 2025.

    Users would like to select a specific date range.

  2. Tracking sources as a whole in the database is useful, but if we are truly to understand our conversion numbers on lead generation sources we need to be able to pull a report for CLOSED units by lead source. This will enable the business to know which lead sources are most frequently closed, then leading to understanding which lead gen pillars we should be double down on to increase productivity and profitability.

  4. Create or integrate bookkeeping, income, and expense software, such as what KW used to have through Hurdlr. Perhaps integrating a partnership with Quickbooks?

  5. This section would allow associates to see how many people they added to their first level downline(gross recruits). There would be a function that you could search by dates as well.

  6. We are able to tag associates. However, I want to be able to pull a report based on a specific tag. Add 'Tag' as a filter in the reports applet.

  9. Allow associates to see rankings/production of all KW associates. Include a filter option for MC and region. This would be the same report option as was previously a part of the KW reports.

  13. For my email campaigns, I would like to see what individual contacts in my specifically click on in my email. For example, did they click on a specific article/image, or a specific button?

    That way it allows me to better interact with the contact, and could potentially allow for agents to create a trigger for a SMARTPlan creating a follow up if a lead clicks a specific link.

  14. I’d like to track daily lead generation activities in Command, including dials made, responses (yes/no), appointments set, door knocks, new contacts added, and follow-up touches to ensure consistency in outreach and engagement.

  15. The Lead Sources ring chart needs to reflect ALL leads for the time period so it matches a Contact find OR the Sources report needs to note that it's only reflecting the TOP 10 sources. It is not clear from just looking at the report right now.

  18. Goals only show the current year. It would be great if it showed annually at least 1-2 year over year comparison, but it would be nice to see a 5 year trend and have a printable option as well.

  19. Teams would like a way to view more detailed email analytics for team members. Say, one agent sends out a SmartPlan through their Team SmartPlan account, the Rainmaker should be able to see those analytics instead of only the emails sent out from their account. Currently, the email metrics will show from that particular account. There is not a team email metrics at the moment. Basically there needs to be a 'Teamified' Reports applet.
