How to post an idea:

  2. I would like to suggest adding the ability to set minute and hour delays between steps in SmartPlans. This feature would greatly enhance my marketing outreach by allowing me to send a series of texts with specific delays between each. For example, I could send an initial text upon adding a lead to a SmartPlan, then delay 5 minutes to send a second text, and delay another 3 minutes to send a third text, and so on. Additionally, it would be beneficial to combine these minute/hour delays with the existing time-of-day settings; a good example: enabling a sequence of texts…

Sharing the following from my marketing guy: "I would love to see the ability when selecting contacts or scrolling through tags to not have to click the "show more" button / view more arrows at the bottom to reveal more contacts in the list. This is especially cumbersome when assigning multiple contacts to a smartplan. For example, you want to assign a follow up smartplan to your sphere, you have to use the select all feature assign the smartplan in groups of 20 (no option to View 100 or 500 like in other places) at a time.   9. When you create an email signature from smartplans emails, the signatures look double spaced. This only happens in smartplans.

  10. In the search filter for contacts,
    How can I filter the contacts who had the smart plan in the past and not current? Could you add a filter please? I understand that i can find it in the activity, but with 800 in my database, that's a lot to go thru. This is to avoid repeating the smart plan on the clients.
    Or if you cannot delete the smart plan under the smart plan section , even if it's completed.

  11. It would be nice (especially for teams) to be able to archive smarplans or toggle specific smartplans on and off as active to team members. We have certain smartplans that are used for follow up from specific events once a year. I don't want to delete the smartplan; however, it is cumbersome to have it in our list all year round of available smartplans. Having some way to turn those on and off from our list of available plans would be ideal.

  13. I am reaching out to express my serious concern regarding the new requirement to pre-approve URLs in all emails and texts. While I understand the importance of ensuring system security and preventing phishing, requiring us to manually pre-approve URLs in every communication is an impractical and unsustainable approach. This workaround is, frankly, a disruption to our business processes and an unreasonable expectation for users in the long term.

  14. As an agent, I want to bulk add contacts to a smartplan yet I want to stagger their start. If I am adding 200 contacts to the smartplan and want to stagger 20+ per day, it is not helpful to have to click the up arrow 20+ times when I could type directly into the field. This would allow me to easily add people in just 2 clicks!

  15. My Quarterly Call Smart Plan to be editable regarding which days it schedules the calls for. If you don't want calls on weekends or if you take specific days off during the week so you do not get a pile up in your missed calls and focused on your call days.

  16. In the New smartplans the typing window on the right side makes it way to small and hard to work with. Can this be moved back to the middle or at least able to expanded to take up more of the screen. This would be better that 75% of the screen being blank space.

  17. Two things: Can we have a "view" button so we can see what our smart plan emails are going to look like? And can we select spacing? I can't single space my signature block and it looks amateurish double spaced.

  18. currently, the monthly neighborhood snapshot Smart Plan (a KW developed Smart Plan) provides both a header and footer, but the format is not professionally presented and is not adjustable.

  20. I don't notice when a contact interacts with my neighborhood nurture, until I get back into that contact later. That is when I notice that they looked at a certain property and address. If we got notified separately, outside of command, it would let us know faster and we can act on the hot lead.
