To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Using smart plans as the property goes under contract and moves through the stages, the ability for command to email the transaction side (seller) status or reminders throughout the transaction

  2. Please add a cc' field for Smartplan emails. We are currently unable to see outgoing Smartplan emails and would like the capability to see the email that was sent out.

  3. When adding your contacts to smart plans and creating a smart plan it would be great if we could also add send a WhatsApp message as a step

  4. ChatGPT or other tools can create .txt or PDF files that are multistep touch campaigns. If SmartPlans added a function to read these files, import the information and create the steps it could save massive time and create a high level of scale to SmartPlans

  5. Under smartplans, we should be able to attach a document to a particular email. For instance, I have a smartplan set up where I wanted to send any prospective lead that comes in a Home Buyer's Guide. I should be able to attach the guide to the particular email I want it in.

  7. When a lead is captured and comes into Command for teams it is owned by the Rainmaker. A smartplan then triggers immediately to start. Even if the lead routing is on round robin, and the lead gets assigned to a team agent, the smartplan initiates before the lead gets assigned... giving the initial smarplan tasks to the rainmaker instead of the team agent!

  8. It would be nice if some tasks could automatically be set up for the admin team to do. Currently only assignee or rainmaker are options.

  9. The qualifying smartplans should have option to pause as soon as the client responds to an automated text. The whole point of these smartplans is to get them to respond so then we know they are a real person but then we know best way to communicate. The plan should pause so then we can go in and respond specifically to their response. There can be a "resume" option that the agent selects too

  10. I'd like the ability to put a task to myself in a smart plan that I've put a client on. For example: On Day 1, email goes out to client. On Day 2, a text message goes out to client. On day 3, a task is placed on MY task list asking me to evaluate the effectiveness of this plan, and put any new leads into Opportunities. (At present, an added task would add this task for every client assigned to the plan. I want a single task)

  11. This company raves about DTD2. That being said how about we have a KW Created Smart plan Much like the birthday smart plan, Monthly neighborhood nurture, and the home anniversary that uses the AI to effectively schedule a task for the next corresponding day for that specific DTD2 task. Whether it may calling, texting, emailing, or sending a postcard.

    Tips: Each smart plan should be dedicated to one thing

    • One for Calling
    • One for texting
    • One for Email
    • One for Postcards

    All to keep up with the models for DTD2 and because not all agents are at the same level…

  12. Would be super helpful to be able to send out Quarterly Ezine (or parts of it) in bulk email with smart plans. Currently can only add email templates from Designs.

  15. Can you have a Opportunity Tag Trigger a Smart Plan? Example If there is a HomeWarranty on this transaction I want it to trigger a few additional emails about Home Warranty programs.

  16. The canned emails sent through a few of the foundational Smartplans are not editable, leaving out our non-English speaking clients. The neighborhood nurture smartplans have these canned emails, I would love to see Spanish (and other languages) represented in the templates.

  17. This would be very easy to implement.

    I propose that we have 2 different Neighborhood Nurtures, one used to market to Sellers (those who already live in a particular neighborhood) and one used to market to Buyers (those who wish to live in a particular neighborhood). The current Neighborhood Nurure is "Buyer friendly" because the initial information the person sees when clicking on the email is: what is what properties are currently for sale, not the neighborhood stats. If he/she wants to know the neighborhood stats, they must search/find the link in the upper right corner "Neighborhood Stats" and click.

  18. Problem, when adding an email you always have to manually type in your email signature.

    Solution come up with additional Merge Fields like:
    {Full.Agent.Signature} - to include their office address
    {Short.Agent.Signature} - a variation of the Full with out the address.
