Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Blog posts: make the default font much larger and black in color

    I noticed that the default font size used on the blog is quite small, which can make it difficult to read. While I think blogging is important, it might be hard for readers to stick around if they find it challenging to read the content.

  2. Ability to Add more than 2 guest Users In Team Command

    Using Teams, being able to add more than 2 guest users to be able to add multiple lenders and or guest users to a team account

    the parents and children of military active-duty and veterans also have a strong affinity with military service members and veterans.

  5. Ask for parsing email

    I just ask support for our email parsing and the is the response I received.

    Thank you for your patience Marie, It seems that's a feature API to send Leads into KW Command, Although we don't have parsing emails, it is a great idea!

    You may be asking why I would need this information. I advertise on Google, I would like the leads to be sent to my contacts within Command.

  6. We need more admin or VA account slots

    We need more accounts for admins and VAS, this is crytical. I cn not move over from my other CRM becasue of this lack of seats and unable to assign taks.

  7. notifications

    I would like each agent to be able to set their own notifications. That way each of us can determine what triggers are most important to us, and how we want to be notified.

    Possible notification triggers include: a lead being added to Command through Campaigns; a contact marking a property as "favorite"; a contact sharing their saved searches with another contact; a document in Opportunities being rejected by MC compliance; a commission request being processed inside of CloudMORE; a commission request being rejected inside of CloudMORE; a contact responding to a text message sent from Twilio; etc.

  8. Paragraph Separation in Bio

    In the BIO section of my profile, Is there a trick to getting the individual few paragaphs separated? My bio just looks like one huge run on paragraph.
