Historical Data for Exited Associates (required for the state of CA)
In the state of California, it's required to keep 5 years worth of historical data for all of our associates, including exits. Especially if there was an issue with a transaction, insurance, or state compliance, it's important to keep that information in a place we can access. I've come to notice that once an associate is exited out of WinMORE or the Whitepages, they disappear completely from CommandMC.
It would be ideal if CommandMC had a section for Exited or Archived associates in the "Agent" section.

when using command for the MC after I update a call to an agent and go back to make my next call
it would be nice not to start back at the beginning and maybe go back to the agent I just updated so that I can go to the next agent in line
