  1. First American Title Co (FATCO) has a data breach which is making transmittal extremely difficult as we're trying to track down unbooked funds. There's no easy way for search for this in Command.

  2. There's an AI system for lawyers called Spellbook Legal that reviews contracts. This would be very intuitive to develop for compliance review in opportunities either for just the market center side or even for an agent when they submit the contract for review. If you could just adjust the code per market center and definitely state so that each mc could customize what their ai looks and returns for. This would free up a lot of time and allow mc leadership to focus on more delivering the value proposition.

  3. On the CommandMC Opportunity dashboard, compliance events that have more than one version have a small icon of a clock. It would be so helpful to those doing compliance review if that icon also appeared when reviewing the opportunity next to the name of each compliance event. We use "add version" for back-up offers and rejected offers frequently and need a reminder within the opportunity to check the other versions when multiple exist.

  4. Admin tags should be visible to Agents so they can tell which step of the process we are in for processing their paperwork. E.g. Listing Complete, Missing Paperwork, Conditional, Missing Lawyer - Seeing just these 4 tags, would let them know that their Listing is Complete, but the Transaction is still Conditional, we are Missing Paperwork to make it to Firm, and that we do not have Lawyer Information for the property yet.

    They can tell all of this at a glance at the Tags, rather than entering the Opportunity and rifling through paperwork.

  5. When looking at a list of submissions, you can search for/ add a tag to an opportunity by typing it in. However, once you go into the opportunity, you cannot search for/ add a tag by typing it in. You have to scroll. The search function seems to only be numeric. Please make the tag search function while in an opportunity work with letters.

  6. As a compliance review person in the office we always need to know how many sellers and how many buyers there are on each transaction and the year the house was built. When we go back into a file to continue reviewing we always need to open the prelim to check who the sellers are and then go into the purchase agreement and check who the buyers are. This should not be necessary to do and by adding the two features to the tray would be of much help. Pat Cote, Fremont CA 279

  7. Sometimes a conditionally required document might end up being fully required based on previous documents or home build dates, etc. Allow Compliance to change the label to fully required if a document ends up being fully required to eliminate confusion.

  8. In Command MC, add the functionality to run and export reports in order to obtain a snapshot view of all opportunities for an agent with available filters applied. Could be for a single agent, a group of agents, or MC-wide. Particularly where the opportunity is in a particular phase/stage like returned or opened. At this time there is no reporting functionality tied to Opportunities. We are always talking about tracking our numbers and yet there is no way to save a record. This could be a residual effect of this reporting function.

  9. It would save time to be able to see the status of each transaction on the all opportunities page. I'd like to see all on one screen which opportunities have been submitted/approved/denied or if a CDA has been created.

  10. When we are doing Compliance for Opportunities, sometimes I have had the need to put a little 1 or 2 line note on a document line item, that can be seen and accessed quckly by MCA/Compliance staff.

    For example, "signed warranty in with closing docs" could easily be added to the Home Warranty document line item and easily seen and read.

    Is there a way to add that feature? I think it would save us some time searching, or going back through the comments, to figure out what is what.

  11. Each message should have a date and time that it was sent. Currently, the last message is the only one that is visible. When trying to look for dates that the Market center has looked for messages i.e. dates deposit checks were received, it is not there because it is not the last message.

  12. It would be extremely helpful for the "timeline" in an opportunity to record tagging information.

    For example: If an MCA adds a "DA Created" tag, it would be helpful to know exactly when this was completed, or when a file was "Ready for DA"

    including tag info in the timeline will help us track when things were completed and if anything was missed!

It would be greatly beneficial to have an activity log/ timeline in Command MC Opportunities as a whole (in addition to the already existing timeline within each Opportunity) that only the brokerage admin can see (so we can see our brokerage's admins and our agents). This would help us to see what other admins are working as a whole, as well as refer back to something we recently worked on.

  14. to allow each document on compliance check lists to have individual due dates set by office. ex: for new listings: exclusive right to sell, MLS active, lead based paint obligations, lead based paint sales disclosure, all due within 72 hours after going under contract. Others due 7 days prior to closing. I would like those deadlines to appear next to each document and notify agent when they are past due.
