How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

When not to submit to ideas:

If you see something working incorrectly or receive an error message, this is considered a bug. Please submit these to Support through the Support Chat by clicking the question mark in the top right corner of the application page.

  1. When rejecting a listing in Frontdoor, the message should appear also in the timeline, or a copy of the email sent to us,

    Currently, when we reject a listing, the message is sent only to the agent. There is no way we (MC Leadership) can go back to the message to refresh the idea. The idea I am submitting is to save the message also in the timeline with the rejection data. Follow up would be much easier. Or sending a copy of the email sent to the agent to us too.

  2. Sort Listings by Agent Name or Address

    We have agents in multiple MLSs so we have to manually remove any duplicate listings from the Listings adjutment tab in Transactions or else our reports are wrong. Currently we are unable to sort the data on the Listings tab by agent name or property address, nor can we export this list into Excel to sort it manually.

  3. Download Current Listings as CSV

    It would be very helpful if we could download our current listings to a csv file to make it easier to see how many we have and to verify them. We were able to do this in Cloudmore. :)

  4. Show Co-Listing Agent(s) on Listings

    It would be great to get co-listing agent added to the listings taken or an option to add them on there if they don't show up like we were able to in cloudmore listings.

  5. Updated Error Message when Adding Agent to Listing

    When I request to add an agent to a listing, it would be nice to be given a reason why the agent can't be updated
