Full screen training videso
Details:
Currently, when watching KW Command training videos, there is a persistent side panel promoting other topics. This significantly reduces the size of the video player and makes it very difficult to clearly view the presentation. This side panel is not only distracting, but it also compromises the usability of the training materials. Streamlined Website Support Guides for Non-Technical Solo Agents
I am not a Tech Savy and also Solo Agent. Anchored table of contents on kw answer pages
On KW Answer pages, it would be great to have a table of contents at the top of the page anchored to each heading on the page. It will be quicker for users to peruse the table of contents rather than scan the page for the correct content, and since each heading will have a url anchor, MCTT's can link directly to the section of the page that contains the relevant content, rather than having the end user try to find the relevant content on hte page. HubSpot does this well on their support pages for example:

Ideally, this feature would include the ability to categorize notes by topic and search by keyword, making it easier for agents to reference past trainings and stay organized.
Additionally, this space could provide leadership…

Make Answers Articles Print Friendly
When we attempt to print an article from Answers.KW.com any screenshots included only print 3/4 of the picture. Often times this means that the section that is being highlighted in the article is getting cut off.
