Add Chat Feature to KW App
I had a client mention to me that he would have loved to be able to send me an instant message from within the app.

The ability for client and broker to chat on each individual property in a collection. This eliminates the need for multiple emails back and forth. It keeps all conversations regarding the property; concerns, details not accessible to client, offer terms, etc., all in one place for that property.
