Blur Property Information behind Forced Registration Modal
In our websites we should make it so that we can prevent people from viewing the information/blur it (ie, price, photos, etc of a listing) until they input their phone, number, email, and full name. if they don't input their information, then they can't see any of the information because it will be blurred until they "register" Command has the forced registration option when viewing, but instead of asking them to just sign in, it should require them to input their phone, email, and name kind of like the Home Value Estimate requires. Also, even with the forced registration, the consumer can still see the address and price in the background without having to sign in. This would be a great lead capture!

ability to create a 'teaser' version of a custom page (shows first paragraph or section etc) and then a customizable lead capture form that must be completed to view the remainder of the page.
then lead routing as jordan mentioned below.

1. Pop up for lead capture form (allow this to be customized so agents can speak to a target market) after 5sec of being on the page
2. Allow lead capture for specific purposes. There is neither a custom contact form so we can see what the lead is requesting info on nor is there a lead route that allows us to see from which custom/landing page the lead comes from- it just says lead is from agent website. For example, I offer a magazine sign up, a monthly neighborhood nurture sign up for market insights, and I would like to have other landing pages ie. buyer, seller, fsbo, etc. I would need to see the lead is reaching out for this specific reason
3. AI chat when a new lead visits the websites this would allow the lead to ask frequently asked questions and AI would give immediate answers based on the specific questions and answers the agent has created as well as standard questions and answers that any agent could use.
