I’d like to raise a concern regarding the Market Center Associate Rankings (or Agent Rankings by type) no longer being available on the KWI website. We now have to download the report from Command, which we’ve been doing in order to continue sending it out to all KW Heritage agents on a monthly basis.

However, we’ve received some negative feedback—mostly related to the layout of the new report. It's not as user-friendly, especially on mobile devices, and has proven harder to read.

For reference, I am attaching the old report that we previously used and that the agents prefer. With that in mind, we’d like to kindly request if it’s possible to bring back the previous version from KWI, as it was much easier for our agents to view and navigate.
